Lee if there ever was a time to use the "FORCE" it is now!!! Please be the voice of reason for your family...do not play the mediator any longer!!! Tell your Mom and Dad what is up, help them walk into the light and cross over to reality!!!!

Oh very well said... now only if he can hear your plea... please let him hear her plea........

My feeling is that they know deep inside, not via any actual evidence or confessions from casey.

ITA, that is my feeling, too, that deep down they know Caylee is truly gone, but not because Casey will admit a thing.

I had higher hopes for Lee to step up to the plate, though. I am probably niave, but he did sound like he was grilling her on a few of those calls. I thought he'd be the voice of logic in the immediate family.

I hear what you are saying but we really do not know the dynamics of the FAMILY and I can tell you from my own experience when there are secrets in a family People will do anything to keep them just that SECRET.

Easier in most families, but in this case, under this kind of scrutiny, it would be harder, yes?

Did you notice what I was talking about? Pictures of an older Caylee but yet the video shows a younger one? Maybe I am more in tune because I have twin 3-year-old girls right now and have picked up on some difference but then again maybe I am reading into too much. Just tonight Shep was talking about the case and showed some pictures where clearly Caylee is older than the one supposedly taken on Father's Day...

I am thinking the same thing and the poster of Caylee is a younger one people are looking for the wrong girl.

The dumpster theory.
Many posters agree with this theory
A proper grave would take quite a bit of digging, would require some time(risk of being seen), and Casey seems too lazy to do it.

The "feed her to the alligators" theory (ugh) is popular, but to make sure the body was not seen from the road, Casey would have to carry it a short distance into the swamps
I don't know about you, but walking into an alligator filled swamp or lake at night scares the hell out me.

Throw her off a bridge? maybe, but bridges are very exposed, too much risk of being seen. Someone might report her just because they think she's dumping garbage.

A Dumpster is quick, convient, and nobody would think twice if she were seen.
Don't know what its like in Florida, but where I live, we put out our garbage at night(I put mine out at 1-2 am).
Once the dumpster is emptied at the dump, finding Caylee would be almost impossible.

Especially if that dumpster is at the Sawgrass Apartments as Dorvillian's theory suggests. Casey wants everyone to think that Caylee was kidnapped by a babysitter that lived at the Sawgrass Apts. It would make sense that she would dump Caylee in those particular dumpsters.

Not if she thought her daughter was with the nanny. Unless we have some forensic evidence, besides the dogs, we have NOTHING! Nor does LE. Which is why she's out.

They can't prove homicide beyond doubt(as opposed to an accident) even with DNA.

The divide on that issue here is evidence of that.

Which is why LE isn't letting a pubicity seeking bounty hunter hurry their investigation.

There is still evidence out there to be brought in.

IMO

Someone brought that up the other day, and I totally agree. But I guess LE verified the Father's Day video. But she does look more babish to me then some of the other pics.

I wondered about verification as I know you can doctor video tapes to pick a date you want so maybe there is some other verification on the tape. I swear, because I am a mom of 3-year-olds, there is discrepancy between ages there...

I have noticed the Jackie Peterson connection as well. And, can you really imagine the Peterson's grilling Scott? "What happened, son? Tell us everything you know!"? I believe that these types of parents will ask those questions at the beginning, but once they go into denial/protection mode, the questions completely die out, replaced by fanatical bias towards the child's version of events, with no attempt at logical reasoning or further investigation. I don't think they are any questions being asked other than, "How are you feeling? Do you want something else to eat?" I could very well be wrong because Cindy strikes me as a livewire and one who does not like to be challenged or ignored. However, if they are completely in denial/protective mode, it's kind of like a cult mentality where they no longer need to ask questions. In their mind, everything has been answered and will be resolved, naturally. When no resolution is imminent, they will quietly adapt their thinking to the new situation, still fiercely adhering to the angle that their daughter did nothing wrong. It's like the cults in which the leader gives a doosmday date. The date comes and goes but nothing happens. And, the cult members, instead of saying, "Hey! You lied to us, you're wrong and I'm out of here!", say, "Well, God was not ready for us because we are not good enough yet to go back to him." Or something nonsensical like that. It is very irritating, but that's my guess about what is happening, or not happening, in that home

I think Cindy and George were saying what they needed to say to get her out of jail. I don't think either one of them really believe her, and Lee doesn't believe her either. They are doing what they think they must to find Caylee. I think we will continue to see the breakdown of this family because Casey will continue to lie. I feel so bad for all the people Casey is related to. But I see that George and Cindy are speaking on cellphones while waiting for Casey's return so I hope each one of them have found a comforting, listening ear. This is so horrible. My thoughts and prayers are with them as they hit rock bottom.

If they can't prove homicide they can't prove accidental either. That will be up to each legal team to convince a jury and with the pics of her partying and the testimony of people around her saying she was having a good old time and never mentioned Caylee I think you can show intent. Not sure how you logically explain that behaviour following an accident.

I can understand that you had higher hopes for Lee but that plays right in to the dynamics of the family and he is part of the family. If he disowned the family your theory works otherwise is simply does not.

Unfortunately if Lee does, he will be cut out of their inner circle.

Yes, but those calls with Lee occurred right in the beginning, around the same time that Cindy had her first call with casey in which she said "I don't know what your involvement is." I think Lee may have battened down the hatches at this point now as well. I hope not. Let's hope he gets sick of the game and begins to question what is going on again.

No secret at all cost...And it is usuallt between the parents they are the ones that want to keep the secret...or the elephant int the room. Siblings have no choice but to leave if they don't like it.

This has truly been bothering me, like I said we discussed this the other day, and it got a bit heated. I'm not sure, but it must have been verified, at least that was the conclusion.

In a perfect world, they'd disown him, because he won't give up grilling Casey.

Ok I have to say it. I looked very close, she is whispering in his ear. Why does she need to get that close because all the reporters are hollering. Why is her hand on his chest, maybe she is being pushed and for balance or maybe to get his attention, this is much less invasive than her putting her hand on his face so she can whisper in his ear. IMHO this is a non issue between them.
she looks terrified to me..shes grasping at the only man she can trust.

No I don't want you to do that. I'm just glad other people have noticed also.
