I know that there was some speculation about why Casey's cell was turned off. According to their usage terms, they can terminate your contract if you spend too much time roaming. that intrigued me too. A lot of things intrigue me tonight LOL.
Roaming: Roaming charges for wireless data or voice service may be charged with some plans when outside AT&T's wireless network. Display on your device will not indicate whether you will incur roaming charges. Services originated or received while outside your plan's included coverage area are subject to roaming charges. Use of Services when roaming is dependent upon roaming carrier's support of applicable network technology and functionality. Check with roaming carriers individually for support and coverage details. Billing for domestic and international roaming usage may be delayed up to three billing cycles due to reporting between carriers. If your usage of the Services on other carriers' wireless networks ("offnet usage") during any two consecutive months exceeds your offnet usage allowance, AT&T may at its option terminate your wireless service or access to data Services, deny your continued use of other carriers' coverage, or change your plan to one imposing usage charges for offnet usage. Your offnet usage allowance is equal to the lesser of 6 megabytes or 20% of the kilobytes included with your plan and for messaging plans the lesser of 3000 messages or 50% of the messages included with your plan. AT&T will provide notice that it intends to take any of the above actions and you may terminate your agreement. You may be required to (1) use a device programmed with AT&T's preferred roaming database; and (2) have a mailing address and live in the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

on the 18th Shannon looks like mom might come home for lunch sometimes.. and shes checking ,, jmo

Right.....she seems to want to establish whether she is home or at work. Also, I wish we knew what time she borrowed the shovel on the 18th

If she had been in there (god forbid I hate saying it) than it would have smelled. It doesn't take long to smell especially with extreme heat and closed in area.....

What have you read or what is your experience that tells you this?

Didn't Casey say she got a call from the Nanny that very day? July 16th?

Yes. and LE came out and actually said it never happened. I think maybe last week?

yes it did

Yes she did! She said around noon - closest thing was "Kyle" around 3ish.

hhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Kyle seems to be a somewhat obscure player and strangely absent on this big show stage.

I *thought* it was around 2:00 p.m.? Only reason I recall that is that I thought it was an odd time of day to be having a shower --> the neighbour, that is.

I also had a hard time with it until he started lying about gas cans, kidnappers and a litany of other things. Why does he keep lying?

He has lost all credibility in my eyes.

That is why I said until recently.

We all have read a ton and have linked sites regarding decomp; and basically all experts say that it would smell very quickly, environmental variables ie; extreme heat etc/ cold, would effect it. Heat making it stronger quicker and cold retarding it.

But they all say that your fluids leak almost immediately after death. Sometimes in minutes. Decomp from there is rapid but again depends on what the body is exposed too. A trunk would speed it up.

What is Padilla's obsession with the 2 day timetable? He uses that exact phrase like a million times. He's starting to drive me wacky.

SS,
I would hazzard a guess that she answered the phone from her mother when and if she felt like it...and when and if it suited her alibi (ie, call in the day...Caylee is napping...call in the eve....caylee is in bed....call in the day....she is busy and not pick up or set it to voicemail.

Cynthia called Amy....to ask where CA was.. She drove to pick up Amy and took her with to get Casey.

If Cynthia could have called her dauther to get her she wouldn't have needed Amy.

I bet Amy and Cynthia surprised Casey and away they went.

Cell phones could have been dumped anytime between there imhoo.

IMHO- Amy was privy to some pretty telling conversations on the way home after picking up Casey. That is why LE has turned off her talk button.

Not a lot of leakage at onset. She is small would not take long storage and wrapping is key issue

I know he said that, but if it was part of the plan all along...he would. In my scenario, the whole scheme was cooked up. If George were part of the cover up...it would fit that he would say something like that to add to the situation so they would press Casey further on the whole "kidnapping" thing which she eventually gave them after the lies. All planned including the lies. The strange thing is...it is working. As long as Casey says nothing...(they didn't count on the forensics being their undoing)...but no body no case scenario. George being LE at one time would know this.

I have always said the timeline shows George as the last person to *see* Caylee....Casey spent the night at Tony's...the morning of the 16th...Cindy claimed she didn't *see Caylee and Casy* but heard them in their room before leaving for work...(did she really or did she cover that up since Casey was at Tony's?) What time does she go to work? The roomate said Casey left around 9:00 from Tony's so DID she "hear" them? Would she not leave for work before 9:30 or 10:00 (giving Casey time to drive home)

GEORGE WAS THE LAST PERSON TO SEE CAYLEE...he claimed he *saw* both Caylee and Casy in the morning *when they got up and she was going to work. What time did she go to work? Tony's roommate said early around 8:00 when she normally left for work.

And this particular morning...according to him..was just like any other day...even though he is watching tv when they left...he was able to remember down to every tiny detail what both were wearing?

None of his timeline that day makes sense.
