One of he biggest things that leads me to believe that Casey killed Caylee besides the dogs is that she abandoned the car and there was no reason to. I think Caylee may even have died in that car or her dead body was in it a long time and casey couldn't bare to be in it anymore. Why else abandoned it? Apparently it worked fine and had gas. George drove it home.

And for those that think that LE can't pin the car and evidence in the car on Casey, I believe you are wrong. Casey called Tony to come get her from the car and told him that the car broke down and he picked her up from the car. She didn't say anyone stole it to him or anyone else. That is pretty damming evidence against her in my opinion. IF THERE IS ANY DNA OF CAYLEE THAT IS DECOMP. I believe she could be convicted on that alone.

IMHO- Amy was privy to some pretty telling conversations on the way home after picking up Casey. That is why LE has turned off her talk button.
IMO - Amy is VERY MUCH privy to more than we think. Plus I also have my own "ideas" as to why she is so scarce and strangely absent.

gnite to you too ss!:blowkiss:

Nite Nurse...sweet dreams...and add Caylee in your prayers, please? Wait -- I'm sure she's already there!

Heard he changed to 7, which two are you getting from him?

"Just drop the baby off, go away for 2 days and come back an get your reward."
And other things to that effect that bring up the 2 days time and time again.

Not a lot of leakage at onset. She is small would not take long storage and wrapping is key issue

There was an officer that said that he responded to an accident and the victims fluids were leaking out of his nose very shortly after they extracted him.

Another site said the same thing...I'll look it up and link it. It was very interesting yet morbid.

I have always said the timeline shows George as the last person to *see* Caylee....Casey spent the night at Tony's...the morning of the 16th...Cindy claimed she didn't *see Caylee and Casy* but heard them in their room before leaving for work...(did she really or did she cover that up since Casey was at Tony's?) What time does she go to work? The roomate said Casey left around 9:00 from Tony's so DID she "hear" them? Would she not leave for work before 9:30 or 10:00 (giving Casey time to drive home)

GEORGE WAS THE LAST PERSON TO SEE CAYLEE...he claimed he *saw* both Caylee and Casy in the morning *when they got up and she was going to work. What time did she go to work? Tony's roommate said early around 8:00 when she normally left for work.

And this particular morning...according to him..was just like any other day...even though he is watching tv when they left...he was able to remember down to every tiny detail what both were wearing?

None of his timeline that day makes sense.
Room mate did not see Casey on 16th, and I thought George claimed to have seen them in mid afternoon during cooking show? What cooking shows are on a Monday for the 16th?

We haven't really heard the entire story from Casey as to why she left that car there. We can only speculate. Did she loan it to someone else and both her and Tony went to pick it up - once inside both said "oh hell no" got out and left it?

Trauma is different. It causes different bodily reactions.

I have seen adults day of and after. Accident impact more than likely cause of that incident.

We all have read a ton and have linked sites regarding decomp; and basically all experts say that it would smell very quickly, environmental variables ie; extreme heat etc/ cold, would effect it. Heat making it stronger quicker and cold retarding it.

But they all say that your fluids leak almost immediately after death. Sometimes in minutes. Decomp from there is rapid but again depends on what the body is exposed too. A trunk would speed it up.

Eyes, nose and mouth start to leak almost immediately. The deceased persons bladder and bowels empty. Hair with a good rootball can easily say to lab personnel if it came from living or dead individual. The Hair's base gets a black band at the bottom of the shaft after about ten hours. I hope the stain was not too degraded to establish identity and source.

Here are the phone calls:

Casey calls June 6/16

Dad cell 3:03pm
Mom work 4:10
Mom Cell 4:11
Mom Cell 4:13
Mom Work 4:14
Tony 4:19
Jesse 4:21
Mom Cell 4:24
Mom Home 6:32
Voicemail 6:33
Mom Home 7:06
Amy 7:20

June 18th calls all within a minute or so apart:
mom home 12 33
mom cell 12 34
mom home 12 35
dad cell 12 36
mom cell 1 09
mom home 1 11
___

Can we look at these for a minute? I just wanted to throw something out there. If someone's said it then just kick me.
It's clear that Casey's calling habits involve calling people over and over again until they answer the phone, and at least where her parents are concerned she will call all over the planet trying to get them to the phone, correct?
On the 16th...from 3:03 pm until 6:32 pm Casey calls Cindy and George both, several times. Not once does she call the house from 3:03 pm until 6:32 pm. That's what she does later in the day, and we see it again on the 18th. My guess is, at 3:03 pm on the 16th, Casey was AT the Anthony's home and knew they weren't there. On the 18th she calls the house as many times as she calls Cindy's cell phone. Which of course tells me she wasn't at the Anthony's on the 18th and didn't know if they were home.
I say she was at the house when that flurry of calls started, that's why she never called the Anthony's at home....and that's when, whatever it was, happened...shortly before those calls started at 3:03 pm. First she panicked and called her parents. When no one answered her calls she got p*ssed and had time to rethink calling for help...OR while she was making those calls and no one was answering...Caylee...well.......died.....and THEN since they ignored the great and powerful Casey she can rationalize it in her mind and tell herself that it's their fault Caylee died, because she tried to call them and they wouldn't answer her.

At about the 8 minute in mark on Greta, padilla says "it could have even been the childs real father" in who Casey could have given Caylee to. There is a lot of cross talk. But he says it.

Something else that makes no sense to me (and I really need to get to bed!) is that if Cindy and Casey had a big fight, and Casey decided to move out as evidenced by the myspace postings of Cindy, then why was Casey spending the night there until the 16th when Caylee went missing? When exactly was she to have moved out??? How come grandpa didn't mentioned they were packed up to leave home for a month? All he mentioned was a backpack. No toys, nothing? I don't get this part. There is something very missing in this case.

Tongue in cheek doubt it, as Casey said daddy was coming for it. She was in that car IMO

The Cooking channel is almost all cooking shows. Late at night they do have Ponch hawking TN swampland.
