~you raised your grandkid (cynthia) her whole life and let your daughter freeload, lie, party, steal, and take advantage her whole life.

~you confront your daughter and she up and leaves. For 31 days you don't see the child that you raised.

~you also haven't had to deal with day to day petty theft out of your purse, your home or your garage...and after all...your daughter DID say she needed bonding time with her child and to be on her own.

~you have vacation planned. You lock every crack, nookie, or otherwise from your thieving daughter while you are gone...You tell her to stay away until you come home. You warn her about breaking in and what consequences (finally) it could bring.

~~~~~
just my take on why she would have been locked out.....:confused:
Specifically, the big fight on the 15th reported by the neighbour also supports this. Extrapolate that if you believe the 'Real Rick' posts, then the fight was about stealing, money from the great-grand-parents.
Yep, locked out makes sense.
Has this been discussed, does anyone think Baez will file a motion for a change of venue?
Absolutely he will! He won't get it, but he will file for it.
Its possible they will ask.....but where?? Good luck with that.
I believe if you check...it wasn't specific to the 15th. It was a general "on that weekend" comment from the neighbor.
I'm pretty sure he will. It won't matter a bit. The facts are the facts. They can't be ignored. I am always all for a change of venue, honestly. The truth will prevail (mostly, imo) no matter where you are.
My belief from the first 911 call and the first jailhouse call and the neighbor. That f word and the hose was used everytime Cindy and Casey were together from at least May 24th on.
The flurry of calls on 6/16.. I think she left with Caylee after an argument following Cindy's return from the FD visit 6/15 eve.
The timeline of the "flurry" starts the calls IIRC, afternoon 6/16, unresponded to, note for quite a while they are to cells and work, NONE to the Anthony home until early evening. Everyone is assuming it was someone looking for emergency contacts due to an accident, I see it as that Bi -Och, with a corpse in her trunk pissed off that she could not hide her pronto.
Flurry of calls agin on 6/18 where she returned to Anthony home, buried Caylee with borrowed shovel. Thus the lock out theory, wall call like that if not known response? Just Blinkyspeak..
You're logic seems to be very clearly thought out. One question - why bury her in the backyard on the 18th? Even when in a panic, wouldn't even the dumbest criminal know that would be the first place someone would look once it came out Caylee was missing. (Operating on the assumption that the disappearance would be noted earlier than 31 days hence)
Your last statement confuses me. How could she had made calls if her phone was disconnected?
I don't believe her phone was disconnected until right before she was arrested, but that's just the way I've perceived it.
I think if she had her phone on during the 16th of July when Cindy was looking for her, she would have just called instead of searching her out?
I honestly can't believe he would take this case to trial (the child neglect) really the only thing that will save her is finding an alive Caylee. Seems like a complete waste of time otherwise.
We need to know when the nursing home visit took place. Not the date...that we know...but the hours they were there. Because I tend to believe Clint H.'s memory of Casey being alone with Tony L. when he got back from his Father's Day trip.
I am so sorry if this has been posted or is in the wrong place. Photos of Caylee as a baby that I had never seen before. I bawled. A lot of them won't load right now, but the ones that will are wnough to make you sob in your beer. (or iced tea as it may be.)
Yep. you are right. Oh, that precious baby. I swear, Casey A. should say a prayer right this very second that she was not born to me. I would not be as "understanding" as her parents. I am more of a kick your a$$ now, choke the life outta you if you do not tell me where that baby is.
I think anyone who had the cajones to take this case would be flying blind. It certainly has struck new frontiers of the crime~macabre....
George said he saw Casey on the 24th........Cindy stated she hadn't seen her in a month (from june 16th) in her 911 call.
But George saw her on the 24th and wanted to get into her trunk.....
In that story he establishes that the trunk doesn't smell yet.
Or does it?
Question: knowing nothing about forensics, is it possible it didn't stink (too badly) yet? Is it possible that a smallish amount of bodily fluid wouldn't have degraded enough by the 24th to overpower the smell from the gas cans? Then got worse by the time the car was retrieved from the towing company? You'd think even a small amount would smell more and more daya after day in hot FL sun?
Good point. Really good point. :waitasec:
I can't make myself believe that George really saw Casey on the 24th and had her open the trunk for the tire wedge for a couple of reasons..
1 - He went into way too much detail and explanations. Indicative of a liar.
2 - If he took the gas cans from that car on the date they picked the car up, that might just land him an obstruction charge, therefore, changing the date.
With that in mind, I think I have totally discredited his statement about being in her trunk on that date.
No trunk that day, thus no smell.
Why do you question that if I may ask. Casey didn't go to the nursing home with them for FD.
knocked off line
July 4th fight over Cindy's July 3rd posting on myspace, credit cards and Cindy locking down, no Caylee in sight. Dynamics. The bonding was nonsense.
I said earlier today, I am not sure TonE is still in Florida. After all this he may be a New Yorker again.
Regardless of geography, I doubt he's going to date anyone for a while. Single Moms especially need not apply.
yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! great thinking! So, if she still had a working phone at the time of the cynthiagate, she had to have it during the initial police drive around.. She could have stashed/dropped that phone at any of those locations easily.. a universal trashcan...., etc..
