I have to tell you guys I have held out on you a little bit. I actually emailed Jesse Gunds dad over a week ago. He responded back and I was hoping to keep up a repore with him to see if I could get some information. He emailed me back once and that is all. Below is a copy of that email.

HMMM, not sure what to say except if that is him, that is a very different tune than he was singing, and what he came on here with. Telling.

I don't know if this question has been raised yet or not, but I want to know why Casey is not being charged with something like "withholding evidence?" The family spokesman says that she is helping out and giving leads, but NOT to LE.....so since it's an open investigation, isn't there something they can charge her with since she is not giving them info? I know she can take the 5th and not talk to LE at all, as she has done, but she is openly talking to others about what she "says" she knows...................................................................ANYONE??? ....

Just reported on wesh 2 news that Casey has been with Baez at his office all day and that they are still there.
I'm not an attorney so I have no idea what's reasonable, but considering there is no new charges and no new evidence what could they possible be talking about for hours on end???? Does he not have other cases?

You know, I thought the very same thing!
WTH can they have to discuss today? They had the late night 2 &1/2 hr meeting the other night, she's been in jail for over a month and just home for 24 hours and they're having a meeting, again??? Give me a break!

This is the most frustrating ridiculous case I've ever followed!
And it's STILL all about the Casey!:furious:

Ok, I have a question. The monitoring device is "good" for 150' from the phone. When she is allowed to go somplace, how do they monitor her?

Now that is an excellent question!! How DO they monitor her? Is it like checking out a library book?

I'm not positive, and I may have just misunderstood, but I thought that that was actually Geraldo's boat and he had invited Jose and his wife to go on a little cruise/interview. I was half asleep this morning during the clip on fox but that was my understanding.

JMO but I ain't buying that one - not for a minute. The media is very careful as to the "spins" they take us sheeple public on. No. - No little cruise. I do believe Geraldo is the NY big journalist tho. They were headed somewhere. Its just funny that they take a boat that takes so much longer. But - again, media has a hard time "following and filming" when one ventures out into the Atlantic. Interesting spin this has taken today.

Wouldn't Baez have done a "sweep" for surveillance inside the house already? I would think it would be his first plan of action upon her release. At least, know where the bugs are to avoid them.

I guess I don't get the boat thing. So Baez was on a boat this morning? I don't see that as strange for some reason. He may live on a waterway and it is the quickest way to get from point A to point B. Lots of people do that.

I think Baez is going under the assumption that the house is bugged, thus the come to Jesus when they got there...

He was on the boat with a shirtless Geraldo.. no news there..

Give me a break...........they NEVER produce a picture, a witness, it is ALWAYS told to the Anthony's or THEIR people. If someone saw her they would call LE and not those crazy fools.

Don't forget, when you think "boat," that Orlando is in central Florida. And factor in Fay. Not good weather for boating!

WOW! I wonder if that's the Bella Vida Blvd we've been talking about from a while ago? And that sure would fit in with it being a happier time with Casey and Jesse and checking out the homes there. If Cindy ruined their engagement what a way to get even with her mother if she put Caylee there. The symbolism is enormous.

Now Swag that is a good point... I know this might sound dumb, but would it be easier to "avoid" wire taps of phones if you are in water and not on land? I can't think of another reason why he would be on that boat.. was he alone?

The boat was most likely just a way to avoid the intrusion of other media. It would be hard for any of them to follow along and interfere or to get in their own shouted questions like they would if they could wait outside another location. They have land vehicles already available to them, but to rent boats on short notice with a tropical storm in the area would make it quite difficult.

I believe Baez was on the boat sometime last week when he was in New York. No one can go on the water right now due to the weather.

Morning all. IMO the most interesting "fact" coming out this morning was Baez on a boat! Why is that? Where was he going? I am fairly sure he would NOT just "take a day off" to go boating AND grant Geraldo an interview about this high profile case while doing so. No - ain't buying this media spin. Let's look at this "boat trip". Where can you get to in a boat? Why would you take a boat ANYWHERE that you could get to by plane - its quicker and more efficient?

This is just getting curiouser and curiouser........

Baez and his wife were guests of Geraldo (I assume staying at his home??) and that is Geraldo's boat they are on!!!!!

BTW - has anyone heard who the 'well-known reporter in NY' is??:laugh::doh:
