Now Swag that is a good point... I know this might sound dumb, but would it be easier to "avoid" wire taps of phones if you are in water and not on land? I can't think of another reason why he would be on that boat.. was he alone?

FNC suspects that Casey has returned from her attorney's office. Geraldo is going on about the DNA and says it will NOT be that pivotal. Geraldo says his dd's DNA (same age as Caylee) is all over his household. Saying that Casey has to be brought to trial by January 9, 2009.

He gives a scenario that "the child's" never found and Casey goes to prison for 2-3 years on the other charges; and "The Child" is never found.

Oooh, heading to the Winniebago now! Rob Dick with computers and stun gun there at the table. Taser gun is to be used for threats against the security team.
Says Casey has been getting credible life-threatening threats.

Geraldo is asking LP if the charges are escalated to murder. LP says the bail would be revoked and they would help to try to locate the body. He is swearing to Geraldo that "the Girl" is alive!

Oooh, is this our buddy Tony Padilla now? I don't know who it was being interviewed but could it possibly have been Tony Padilla?

Morning all. IMO the most interesting "fact" coming out this morning was Baez on a boat! Why is that? Where was he going? I am fairly sure he would NOT just "take a day off" to go boating AND grant Geraldo an interview about this high profile case while doing so. No - ain't buying this media spin. Let's look at this "boat trip". Where can you get to in a boat? Why would you take a boat ANYWHERE that you could get to by plane - its quicker and more efficient?

This is just getting curiouser and curiouser........

I'm not positive, and I may have just misunderstood, but I thought that that was actually Geraldo's boat and he had invited Jose and his wife to go on a little cruise/interview. I was half asleep this morning during the clip on fox but that was my understanding.

Ummmmmmm...........they're celebrating the release of a person who may have committed an unthinkable crime. If the BH and TP really cared about Caylee they would have only bailed her out if she led them to that child alive. What has this world come to? We all know deep down this child is dead. Why isn't anybody protesting her release or picketing that house? I would be sick to my stomach if that baby killer was living on my block. I'd rent a mobile billboard saying, "casey lead us to caylee" I'd plant that billboard in front of that house.

Better yet, a billboard with a picture of Caylee saying "Mommy, please stop lying".

I have to tell you guys I have held out on you a little bit. I actually emailed Jesse Gunds dad over a week ago. He responded back and I was hoping to keep up a repore with him to see if I could get some information. He emailed me back once and that is all. Below is a copy of that email.

HMMM is right.... Ok so if we can continue on this boat ride... Where (does anyone know) was his boat located? what is near or in the vacinity? that may give us some clues.

so true....they are no closer to knowing the truth than they were 4 weeks ago? Of course we don't know anything more than what is told to us by the media who are really giving Casey her claim to fame. This is a 3 ring circus Casey is in the center ring and Jose Baez is on the other side....no one can see those Hippos or hippo-poo?

Wouldn't Baez have done a "sweep" for surveillance inside the house already? I would think it would be his first plan of action upon her release. At least, know where the bugs are to avoid them.

I guess I don't get the boat thing. So Baez was on a boat this morning? I don't see that as strange for some reason. He may live on a waterway and it is the quickest way to get from point A to point B. Lots of people do that.
