YES! Sorry, I laughed. His statement is soooo bass-ackwards.

Baez will allow his client to speak to LE if THEY have credible information to give to CASEY regarding Caylee??!!! Did I hear that right? OMG... unbelievable.

Shouldnt Casey be the one giving credible information?

With no offense intended, you aren't actually surprised by this are you? Casey cannot bring Caylee home. And leading them to a body is not happening. There will be no info to pass on to LE. This is the build up to can they beat the rap. There is no other outcome. They are not negotiating her return. They are testing different reasonable doubt theories in the court of public opinion and seeing what the people will bit on and what people will tell them to shove up the rearend.

No offense taken. I really shouldn't be surprised. I'm just still pist about what Cindy was bumping her gums about.

Do you think if George were to post on here where the people are that have Caylee, that there wouldn't be a ton of offers to go get her? I mean, who would know someone from WS? I'd even volunteer! It would seem to be better than just watching them.

Eactly. The lawyer is interested in only Casey. Caylee has no one other than LE. The GP's haven't gotten a lawyer yet so that makes me think that they must [or in denial] feel they have not done anything that they need a lawyer for.

I know, right??!! I thought SHE was the one that would lead us all to Caylee?? (okay, of course we never believed that would happen, but that's what they said!)

Casey is out and she spends her first entire day worried about protecting her own *ss while that baby girl is out there somewhere, dead or alive, only Casey knows. Either way, it disgusts me beyond words. WHO DOES THIS??!!

With all due respect

What really makes you think she (Casey) and this huge team of people AREN'T working in the best interest of Caylee? Do you really believe bringing a live Caylee back to this crazazy pack of homosapiens is in CAYLEE's best interest?

We are only told what they (media, Baez, LP, Geraldo, and on and on and on) want us to know. They (see above) think of the public as sheeple and "dumb" sheeple at that. They know we will literally HANG on every word they spew - whether truthful or not.

I'm not trying to cause a ruckus - I just have my own ideas about all of this. We are only given what they want us to know. And I believe they ALL know a whole lot more about what is really going on then they will EVER divulge to the general public.

Has anyone seen the BH looking for Caylee? All I've seen him do is multiple interviews and tell the "kidnappers" to drop Caylee off at a 24 hour drug store, wait two days and call for the reward. Some bounty hunter. To hunt, it helps to get off your duff. OH, wait. he is not allowed to talk to Casey. Casey DOES have the key and she will never reveal it imo. It's all a game to her, again my opinion. And she wants to win. As long as she lies, she is in control.

My point is.. bring Caylee home.
Casey goes to her attorney's office the very first day she's home. She didn't call LE and tell them where Caylee is. That tells me she's not doing what's in the best interest of Caylee, but what's in her own best interest.
Casey stated she's innocent... so why are they wasting everyone's time?

Simple.. Where's Caylee?

I don't give a damn about Casey's feelings. I want Caylee found.
If she's dead, she deserves to have a proper burial.
If she's alive, she deserves to be found.
Regardless of the dynamics of this warped family, she still deserves to be found.

Just a though. We all keep saying what about Caylee. Is is the lawyers job to protect his client, Casey. Caylee is not really being represented al all. I wonder if ia child advocate should not be hired to represent Caylee. that way an attorney could to speak for the missing child. Of course a court order would be needed but I would think that since we have so many missing childrens cases in this country that a new law might be something to loolked out. As soon as a child goes missing they receive an advocate. This would at least make sure that every thing that can be done is and leave LE to do their job no matter where the evidence leads them. Children caught up in custody battles can have an advocate, and so do children unde the 'controll' of youth and family services in many states can have one appointed. Who, but a missing child would be better served by this.

:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

Thank you for this excellent proposal that comes like a ray of hope for my frustrated heart. I am young and I do not have children of my own yet and I am lucky to say I enjoyed a normal happy childhood.

BUT STILL one of the things that pains me the most and outrages me is that this is the 21st century and still OUR children are SO unprotected, so vulnerable to the stupidity, neglect, psychological issues, abusive behavior of their parents or those who are supposed to be taking care of them. The same feelings of despair I had following Brooke Bennett's story and how the neglect and stupidity of those who should have being protecting those children enabled a sick twisted man to do what he did.

I guess the key word there would be "CREDIBLE"... that word cannot be used in the same sentence with Casey Anthony.

Baez has to realize that unless they find Caylee alive and this babysitter there is no way that 'his girl' is going to beat the child neglect charges. The prosecution will have a field day with anyone they bring as a witness to Caseys behavior prior to all this. So, what the heck were they doing for those 7 hours?

Well, according to Casey's actions. This is what a mother does who has committed a horrid crime where she's trying to cover her own arse.

I'm just about 100% convinced.

I believe LE (not the local LE) know where Caylee isand yes, she is alive and well and not in any danger. I have had my thoughts and doubts about this for some time now. This three rign circus will continue to play out until the forensics are released to the public. And who is holding that up? Certainly not Casey, Baez, BH or the GP's.

In the Greta thread last night I finally decided to take a firm stand and defend it. I truly do believe that Caylee is alive and well. I am basing this on the facts (and the facts only). I could very well be wrong and IF and WHEN LE announces that they have found that poor child's broken body or DNA tests confirm that Caylee was deceased, I will stick by my stand. Until that happens we can all agree to disagree.

Im just wondering what the he** it is she thinks the public is going to be able to tell her.....since she has given noone anywhere to even start?

yeah, he said last night that he's gonna wait "about a week" before he starts lookin and hopefully she'll be dropped off at a drugstore in the meantime and the kidnapper can go collect the reward a couple days later. WTF?

Baez isn't going to tell LE anything that would place blaim in Casey or even connect her why Caylee is missing. He is not for Caylee he is for Casey.

Then he shouldn't speak out in public that his client has information on the whereabouts of her daughter and is just chomping at the bit to share this information, just has to be with those she trusts.

:confused: Are we following the same case?
