Yes, but being a biological parent does not assure custodial rights.
It's a nice theory, I'd like to believe Caylee's ok, it just doesn't seem to add up though.
If this father was in a foreign country, he could be extradited.
You have closely watched this circus. Do you really believe Caylee will be returned to Casey or the GP's custody??? Ever????? Do you? After all we have witnessed from their behavior on national tv?????? People in high places have high connections. If he is cooperating and keeping her safe - why do it now? They (LE) have come across so much more in this case - the media has alluded to "more charges on other cases". Plus I think there is still the forensics - there could very well have been a dead body in that trunk - just not Caylee - they have to figure out just who, what, why and how that was.

The car that smelled like it had a "dead body" in it. It was at the tow yard for some time.

Did the car smell like it had a "dead body" in it when it towed? Or, did the "dead body" smell happen later?

Just me thinking.

If Caylee was kidnapped , why was Casey lying and saying she had her for the 31 days after she was missing? She should have immediately asked for an Amber alert to be issued by the police. This would be the only actions that would make sense IF she was kidnapped. What CAsey did are the actions of someone complicite in the death of her daughter.

Casey is lying because she has no concern for what really happens outside of her head. Asking for help from LE would be the NORMAL thing to do, but Casey is NOT normal.

Whether Caylee was kidnapped or "lost" during a drug binge, or killed by some neglectful action of Casey, I think Casey would behave the SAME.

She would seek to avoid the consequences of her behavior. Period. She is so blithely convinced she is unique that she doesn't "need" to act one way or the other, she doesn't "need" to convince anyone of anything. I don't think it would occur to her.

You are so right Lost. Her actions undermine anyone thinking that she did not harm her daughter. All her and the family's blah about somebody mysterious having Caylee is laughable, if it weren't so sad.

This is not a James Bond movie and Casey is not in the Mob!

If they could only hear how it sounds to all of us?!?!

My husband and I don't have any friends either. We haven't had any since the death of our son.

Isabelle,
Ray'sMom

I am so sorry for your loss. May God send you comfort.

Ok - I give you that. But with such a high profile case - this is costing more than an arm and a leg for LE. OUr economic times have strained every LE agency across this country. Taxpayers all over are complaining about how much of their tax dollars are spent on this or that. If they have conclusive evidence - why spend more and more money?

Good question. I of course have no idea.

I'm just glad another one of my posts weren't ignored tonight. I think this is the most I have ever written in one night. I'm sad, because I thought I was bringing up good points and had some good questions. (I could be wrong) :)

Oh, I am so sorry.

Not that it replaces real live friends, but if you stick around here you'll have internet buddies.

That's what we're all trying to do, figure out questions that don't make sense to us.
Don't be sad, the more ideas, the better AFAIC

Hi, Isabelle. I am so sorry for your loss-you have friends here if not in your "real life."

We do not know if the odor was present when the car was towed-I suspect the driver has been vetted already by police and is sensibly (at least so far) staying quiet.

IMHO I think it was premeditated murder, because of the timing, the lack of remorse, no real evidence of or communication with any phantom babysitters, kidappers, etc. This is one cold-blooded killer.

Well... I did a quick spit bath, threw on a clean t-shirt, brushed my teeth, wrapped my hair up in a clip, ran to the grocery store, ran up and down the aisles, fell down, spilled my blueberries, spent $136.00, drove home, noticed my lawn-bushes-weeds are way overgrown, said wth to myself, unloaded the car, put away perishables, left the others on the porch, fed the animals, ran to the T.V. and computer .... all that in 40 minutes.

Did I miss anything?

Best laugh of my day.

Ray'sMom

That's what happens when you're on a site where everybody has theories and is so busy typing them out that we sometimes overlook everyone else's!

Yes, I have followed from day one, haven't posted much lately because it keeps going in circles.
I do agree that this is one family that should have never reproduced.
If Caylee is with someone that is kind and sane then God Bless her!

"You can hide undda my uhm-brella, ellla, ella. ella
ah, ah, ah, ah..."

Ok, you can curse me now for sticking that in your head for the rest of the night.

:clap:I welcome that to replace some of the other stuff in my mind!!

Don't feel bad wedavis. This case is extremely popular, for lack of a better word. Look around at other cases threads/forums that have been here for a VERY long time and you will see that basically none of them have the amount of threads this one does.

With this many people posting, it's hard for everyone to keep up and people don't always answer posts they wanted to, because they have alot to catch up on etc. I'm sure it's not you. :)

ETA: If some of your points are not getting picked up, you might try posting them again.
