Im Wondering if it was really Caylee's DNA in the trunk of that car, or someone else's??

I wonder when we'll know this-am sure they found the whole family's DNA in there regardless as we all shed hair everywhere we go, whether or not it's DNA from the body dead or alive is another question-and the fluid-I really wish they'd tell us what that was
A few people have brought up that it could be someone elses -I think the simplest explanations are more likely

What could Casey and Baez possibly have to say to each other from 10am to 5pm? I'm not familiar with the legal stuff -seems really surprising to me they needed a whole day.
I'm also so amazed she's still stringing her family lawyer along and has the bounty hunters believing too -my parents would have seen through me in seconds, is she extremely talented and manipulative or do I start believing in miracles and Caylee really is alive and kidnapped. This is all just continuously so bizarre

My hope is the lawyer tivo'd all the media clips and has someone taking screenshots of all the blogs and he showed her that if she doesn't give up the truth soon, she will always be the most hated mother in the world.

God knows my family can sometimes put the fun in dysfunctional, but I fully believe that each and every one of us would put our lives on the line to protect a child.

I'm still leaning towards the bio dad's family having her, but that hope gets slimmer and slimmer each passing day.

I want to believe that but it just doesn't make sense that no one would have said something after all this time in the headlines-the only think that makes sense is that the poor child died -but just how far is this girl intending to take all this -what a nightmare

I am not familiar with the legal stuff either and here is my question: Perhaps preparing to request a SPEEDY TRIAL on the current charges? Had to bail her out so they would have all that one-on-one time to prepare for a speedy trial?

I would love to hear from a lawyer or legal expert about this. 7 hours in his office- either she was preparing for a confession/statement to police or whatever (which I don't think so), or perhaps they are getting ready to request a speedy trial? (is that the term? a speedy trial)?

Sorry, I hit the wrong key by accident...here goes-Ithink that Casey does know where Caylee is and she is not saying anything to LE because she knows that the child would go to her parents if she is sentenced to jail time for all of the money stolen. I don't know the reason she doesn't want them to have her but I have my own ideas about that

7 hours for her first real legal meeting with her in this case is NOT alot, fwiw. Remember, while he visited with her in the clink, there is always the assumption that you limit your convo to the essentials..
He can visit with her for a year, and I do not think he will unravel everything about this girl. Also I presume the house is bugged, so this would also be the first time the parents could speak freely.
He did not file for a speedy trial on the current charges, she will be convicted on them no matter what, he is anticipating an indictment and upgraded charges.

I agree. It was said at the end of Nancy Grace that they're just keeping Casey safe so that she can tell what happened. I'm afraid that these people are going to give Casey more ideas to come up with since they deal with lowlifes and are probably yacking and telling their adventures putting ideas into her head. Padilla is already making insinuations about TonE. This could ruin people's lives who may have not had a thing to do with what happened to Caylee. People who have families, kids, and jobs. LE needs to wait a few days then haul the whole lot of them in to tell what Casey has said. If they lie, throw them in jail next.

True dat, most of which knew this girl for a month- how unfair is that?

That's entirely possible. I do have to wonder, though, if that's the case, why Casey won't just SAY that so LE (and, less importantly, the public) doesn't come to the obvious (and, in my opinion, perfectly reasonable) conclusion that she's a lying murderess? If Caylee is safe (as Casey says she is), why not tell the truth (without divulging where Caylee is)? I have to believe that it would be incredibly satisfying to Casey to look at Cindy and proclaim that she (Casey) has won the war over Caylee. Just my opinion...

I think until she is sure she won't be going back to jail, she will not say anything. LE would not just take her word for the fact that Caylee is okay. She would have to tell them where she is.

I keep asking. Does anyone know what or if Casey was driving between the 6/26-27 when the car was dumped, towed on the 30th to 7/8 - 7/15 when she was using Amy's car.

I think a few have answered they surmise that Casey was bumming rides. There's not been any info regarding what she was driving during those dates, that I know of.

I do too! We used to do a lot of traveling with a travel trailer. My good friends own an RV lot and are going out of business due to the economy. Right now several neighbors have leftover inventory of RVs parked in their driveways, while the couple finds someplace to store them.

If someone sees the name of the motorhome, I can get the exact floorplan.

I'd be curious to know which one it is. My sis had the second to the largest model on the market. The dang thing was almost as big as my first house. I about fell over when I saw the real tile floors. I called it her "Rock Star on Tour House". lol.
