IMO, I think Cindy is avoid Casey because either;

a) she can't stand the sight of her, or;
b) she's afraid that if she starts quizzing her, that Casey will pull a Melinda Duckett somehow (stab herself or drown herself in their pool since no guns allowed in the house); or
c) Casey may actually fess up and tell her what happened to Caylee.

This is the part that makes me wonder!!!!!What the crap is going on..Bounty Hunters get her out of Jail. Then they monitor her and watch after her like sitting ducks. Even if she tried to run the ankle braclet would go off. Even if she tried Sucide. There outside and have no clue as to what is going on inside that house. So why are the Bounty Hunters protecting the property..What all was Casey involved in?

They have a female cohort inside the house with Caylee.

I also wonder what dad George did for the 7 hours that Casey spent with the attorney. Did he sit in on the conversation (since he drove her there), or did he sit out in the waiting room for 7 hours with the BH & BG ? If he sat in on the discussion, LE should subpoena him immediately.

I can not reply what I think as I seem to be the only one that is not allowed an opinion on this board. In my church all are welcome because Jesus said he came to this earth for the sinner. Of which I am one.

In the interview where the young looking male reporter went into the RV, and LP was there along with a PI (who was 'monitoring the weather'), LP stated emphatically that he and his crew were not conducting any investigation of Caylee's whereabouts. He said their job was to protect Casey.

He also said he ate some of the pizza that was delivered lol.

Does Baez have any obligation to attempt to locate Caylee, or to determine what happened to her? Or is his sole obligation to defend Casey? I'm thinking it's to defend Casey, but don't know for sure.

Is anybody looking for Caylee?

His only obligation is to defend his client. Most find it disgusting that criminal attorneys do what they do. They are a special breed for sure. Whatever. Baez is peeing his pants right now. He went from hoping to pay the bills to national notoriety. I have pictured him running around his office screaming OMG OMG OMG . . . Nancy, Greta, hanging with Geraldo on the yacht. OMG OMG OMG What do I do? And Casey is sitting in front of him in a chair with duct tape on her mouth. That is probably the only way that he will "win" this case. But ~ oh yeah ~ Casey has to go "Home Sweet Home". And even though he spent almost 7 hours telling her to shut her mouth. . . can we hope?

I am so lost. I was A.W.O.L yesterday and seems I am missing something. Has anything important happened in the last 48 hours? I will backtrack myself, was just wondering if anyone could fill me in briefly so i know what im looking for.

Casey forgot to go look for Caylee. She spent over 7 hours holed up in baez' office.
Church tomorrow and a jail monitoring visit Monday.

Bailsman bail people out.

Bounty hunters track people down IF & WHEN they skip bail.

I have NO PROBLEM with any private citizen who thinks they might be able to help solve this case BUT I do have a big problem with the timing of the BH's appearance into this case.......

RIGHT AFTER the secret meeting between LE & the media..... LE publicly stated that Cindy & George were making it HARDER to find Caylee. That's when they FINALLY stopped talking & FINALLY got a spokesman (who doesn't speak) AND suddenly we got somebody unrelated to Casey to pick up the same old "Poor Casey" excuses.

Slick move by Baez & all the Casey coddlers....

they claim they're not hurting the search.... that Casey's too afraid (boo freakin' hoo) to tell anyone where Caylee is.

Sure they have someone else doing it. :furious:

I'll never understand why a well known business such as the Padillas would even allow themselves to get sucked into the ridiculous games that Casey is choosing to play..... there are so many families that truly DO want to find their missing children.

Why get involved in a case where you might get stuck testifying in court & where you might risk hurting your own reputation due to this crazy soap opera of a case?

Why not lend your name & money to some family who isn't playing games at the expense of an innocent child?

I'm just as annoyed as you are, Gaia. Grrrrrrr

I just think that in a normal situation (not like this situation IS normal), if a grandmother's granchild has been missing for 30+ days, and the daughter has been in jail for 30+ days where she hasn't been able to freely talk and quiz her about the whereabouts of her grandchild, the grandmother certainly would not be going off out of town for 2 days, especially in a bad storm. She would be quizzing that daughter from the minute she walked in the door, until she finally fesses up some info. A "normal" grandmother/mother would be right in her face, making sure she didn't try to kill herself, and doing what she could to get info out of her.

They are definately avoiding each other IMO.

The house where Amy lived with JP and Ricardo, and where Casey stayed sometimes prior to approx June 15th/16th. They referred to it as 'the Oviedo house' in some myspace/facebook posts.

I seem to remember at one time George A. was going to drive around or meet someone and when media was interviewing him he mentioned Oviedo - I thought it was a city in Florida (I didn't know it was the Oviedo house). Seems like it was when he was speaking of the kidnappers and that they had people or someone watching them.

Does anyone else remember this?

and the other truth is that church is about the only place she will be going other than her attny's office in which we can see her on tv... call it sensationalism. I do. I also want to see her sweating and losing weight. I have also seen her, most likely, telling more lies to her family...whom are more acerbic and anti~media then ever before... WHY?

Let's regress back a bit to the lovely Ms Cynthia Anthony's THREE 911 PHONE CALLS, as well as the arrest warrant, the bond hearing and all testimony, the INCARCERATION of CA for several counts, cadaver dogs hitting, friends saying she is a lying beatch, parents saying she is a lying beatch, conflicting testimony from grandparents AS TO WHEN THEY LAST SAW THEIR GRANDCHILD, stating on media interviews the swimming pool ladder and shovel were always locked inside a shed and Casey did not have the key...and then the sp ladder is videoed in the pool, and in several videos early on, a shovel was visible within the Anthony Garage!!! This is just to name a few!

I am freaking sick of this family, their lies, and the circus they are propetuating with the padilla~s!!!!!!!

I pray cops have something and this is not another child ghost haunting my dreams like Trenton Duckett! He is there with me all the time in thought and prayer... also...never noticed his dad around the Anthony parents any more>>>> ?? INTERESTING.

I haven't forgotten Trenton either.

The anniversary of his disappearance is coming up on the 27th. Two whole years.

People posting their opinions about religion should not be construed as preaching, and telling folks with a different religion or none that they are wrong is not right. In my opinion, the sensitivity meter needs to be dialed down a bit.

Casey is going to church tomorrow, therefore the discussion about her motives and the possible reaction of the congregation is on point.
And, hey, at least there's no dancing bananas!
