So why are the Bounty Hunters protecting the property..What all was Casey involved in?

I think what the dogs might have picked up on in the yard is where the shovel may have been laid when brought back to the house in the yard after using it on a body other than caylees. They washed it off in the yard.

I think the police are deflecting a future defense tactic. The defense may say the police zero-ed in on Casey too soon, missing the "kidnappers". This way, when they come forward, it will be hard to dispute they exhausted all other avenues. I think it's more a PR game. IMO...BIG..IMO!

I don't understand what you are saying. How are they deflecting? Either they have the evidence or they don't? What would this deflect? Respectfully asking.

I think they lack DNA, too. Wouldn't the police have had to of turned over discovery by now (thought Baez requested it)...it would be dated, no? Then to have police deny pretty much have anything.../baffeled

We don't have any evidence otherwise. We have not been able to establish her well-being, though.

Could be. What about a body part vs. an entire body. Planted in there to show Casey what they might do to her or Caylee if she talked.

I don't think that is what he is saying. I think he is saying he will "follow the evidence" to a conclusion (which would be charges)

If you notice he said there was no evidence to indicate she was alive.

I thought it was interesting that Leonard brought up Ricardo's name.

He's been way out of this whole thing from day one, despite the fact that it was in his and JP's house that Casey said she stayed for a bit during her Lost Month.

Actually, I believe that the house is owned by JP and maybe his father, and that Ricardo, Amy and anyone else were just roommates or leaches.

Nieves is twisting himself into knots to avoid revealing whether the DNA evidence is in, and what it reveals if it is.

Nieves' interview is so vague that it means nothing and everything. Especially knowing that LE isn't even obligated to keep the public updated on their investigation, and may even lie about it. That was useless. Though it didn't stop Geraldo's people from building it up into some major scoop.

What is going on with these DNA results? They were supposed to be back over two weeks ago. Are they lying about not having the results or are the results they received not what they expected?

And just for the record I am sick to death of seeing LP's face every single time this case is mentioned on the news now. I thought his nephew said they would not be doing all these interviews like this, as they are not in this for the publicity? Whatever happened to that? How is LP ever going to have the time to search for Caylee in between his million interviews a day?
