I don't think there is a problem with him getting Cindy Anthony's permission to obtain the records so I don't know where you are going with that, Pizmex.

It's even worse than you think. Even if someone is a suspect, that doesn't give Padilla the right to get those phone or ping records without the consent of the owner of the phone account. Padilla is not LE. He's a private guy.

Average "Joe" doesn't stand a chance anymore with any privatcy....

By 'criminal' I meant anyone the BH was chasing for skipping their bond.

So what's your problem? That we thought he included Jesse's name among "those five people" and it turns out that Padilla didn't mention Jesse? After all of these posts, is that the victory your claiming? That he didn't say Jesse? That it was someone else? You think that the point of discussion of these 40 or 50 posts on the pinging was whether Jesse was one of the included five?

ITA. It made me really sad to think that there are people out there who get their laughs from kicking someone when they are down. LE has publicly said more than once that the GPs and Lee are victims in this. That stunt victimized them again, IMO.

I had the same though when I was watching HR tonight. Something. I can't put my finger on it. There is something more than just what is on the surface.

Well I must admit that Padilla guy is sure of himself about this. I take it that he's saying he's got a good idea that Caylee was taken from the babysitter and taken to New York. And yeah, he named 5 people with whom she spoke to during those 4-5 days. I throw my hands up as to why.....JP was mentioned in those 5 names?

anyone else wonder about those 5 names in play?
