About that Blackjack. She (Casey) told Lee in that phone call that she had only had it a week or so. IF she stole that money (check for GGP) for the Blackjack - when did she steal it? If it was in the past week or two before being arrested - does that mean she was at GGM's house during her "missing in action" time? If she was - where was Caylee? I would like to know WHEN she stole those checks from GGP's.

- Is that 150 from the monitoring telephone unit itself; or
- Is that 150 from the house?

Reason I'm asking is that their house is just a little over 1400 sq. ft. under A/C. If it's 150 ft. from the base phone monitoring unit, she only has enough room to hang out in her bedroom in bathroom (so she couldn't potentially destroy any evidence that could be in any other part of the house that has yet to be found by LE)

If it's 150 ft. from the house, then she could be going all through the house and back yard, doing "no telling what" in that house and yard...

plus - just took another real good look - garage looks pretty emtpy - only the red truck and black car - wonder which car they were in and wose car it was. Her friend looks pretty nonchalant about her "friend - CA" being sick - almost like its funny. I know back in the day when "my group of friends" got sick - we laughed later on - but at the time we "helped" them get through it.

IMO not all of the family pics are on the net. I have a zillion pics of my kids and only some are up on myspace and a few in accounts to buy.. The rest are saved on my small media drive thing.

Yep - he (Rick) so the supposition on here of the Blackjack costing almost the exact amount of the GGP check theft doesn't jive. If she didn't buy the Blackjack until around beginning of July according to CA and Lee phone call.

I think that's true too. Having known someone personally who had a meth addiction, one purchase from CVS she made was over $500.

There is another photo from this area that looks as though CA is relieving herself. Little streams going down the pavement. Unless she just couldn't hold it in while she was vomiting. :yuck:

McSev - I agree --- Ive seen it first hand - same as some on welfare here will buy large quantities of pop because of the bottle return - and sit in the parking lot dumping out the cans so they can go back in and get the bottle refund in cash.......SAD

There have been lengthy arguments about this on not only this board, but others. Originally when the Patriot Act was implemented, garnering someone's phone records was much easier than it is today, due to the Act you specified above. What Padilla in his twisted way can do is if he already has the pings (which he could, if the family has them), he has to get the key for translation of those pings from the cellular carrier, AT&T. Each key for each carrier is different, and I do believe those can be purchased.

It's safe to assume that Padilla has Casey's cell phone and ping records. Padilla asked, Casey consented, Padila mailed in his properly executed request form, the records arrived sometime thereafter. But this leads to another question.

Would the ping records of those others whom Casey was talking to, appear as part of Casey's phone records? In other words, if Casey and Amy were having a cell phone to cell phone conversation where Casey was in Orlando and Amy, for example, was in Miami, could Padilla determine that Amy was in Miami during that call from Casey's phone records?

Regarding Live Camera -

Fox News had reported at one time that there was a "male neighbor" who was tired of all the helicopters flying around the neighborhood, so he decided to lay out by his pool in the nude. Sounds like a crazy kind of guy. Wonder if we could track him down and ask him to mount a camera to his roof or something....... :woohoo:

Hi Beagle. Good question. This has been bothering me too. I feel it is somehow important, but cannot get a handle on it yet.
But here is what I am thinking: Geraldo and Padilla seem to go way back. I think for some reason, Padilla contacted Geraldo--or vice versa. Baez was drawn into the loop and agreed to allow Padilla onto the scene. Then when Baez did the double-cross (not allowing access to Casey) their relationship cooled to say the least.
Question that bother me most: Did Baez change about allowing access because he learned 'something' that changed his defense strategy? Or what?
Another question: Who contacted Geraldo-or Padilla-or whoever got this circus started? Somehow, I feel there is someone else out there who started this ball rolling???

Yes, I can follow you. Also, there was a short interview between Baez and Geraldo on Fox N Friends. Geraldo said he had invited Baez and his beautiful wife (something like that) to New York. Geraldo was speaking to Baez on his (Geraldo's) sailboat. I would really like to know more about what these three are up to. There may be nothing there, but I am nosey about that. Lol
