I would assume from the house -- and Ive said repeatedly now that I wish there was a camera running live feed in the backyard.....

1400 sq. feet, meaning the house is a little more than 45' x 30' (I don't know the dimensions only making an example) so she should be able to move throughout the whole house. I would also assume that the sq footage includes the garage.

I have the impression from something I read that she took the checks from her grandfather when they went to the nursing home on Father's day.

Like I said, *if* you believe in "Rick" (plus the neighbor that heard an arguement).....& "Rick: did say the check was cashed for $354.00 IIRC.

It's safe to assume that Padilla has Casey's cell phone and ping records. Padilla asked, Casey consented, Padila mailed in his properly executed request form, the records arrived sometime thereafter. But this leads to another question.

Would the ping records of those others whom Casey was talking to, appear as part of Casey's phone records? In other words, if Casey and Amy were having a cell phone to cell phone conversation where Casey was in Orlando and Amy, for example, was in Miami, could Padilla determine that Amy was in Miami during that call from Casey's phone records?

I asked that last night and someone said no. But - just had another thought - we do know her service was through AT&T right? Do they have a "friends" service? Like "my fav 5". If they do - would those records then reflect if that friend was in the 5 circle - and where they were?

Regarding Live Camera -

Fox News had reported at one time that there was a "male neighbor" who was tired of all the helicopters flying around the neighborhood, so he decided to lay out by his pool in the nude. Sounds like a crazy kind of guy. Wonder if we could track him down and ask him to mount a camera to his roof or something....... :woohoo:

On another note, I'd like to know how the Anthonys feel about the neighbor across the street who has the media camped in his front yard. Typically, news media pays that person for the space at a daily or monthly rate.

Kidding, but it would have made sense, had this happened a few years ago.. I think most states now only allow you to buy so much and you have to show your ID. At least they do here in Texas. Record your info in a book and all.

I believe that's Federal law now. She wouldn't be able to buy anything with pseudoephedrine in it (such as Sudafed) without presenting an ID which is recorded. MOO

OT somewhat---I am a dork. What fun or use is it to create a MySpace persona when it has nothing to do with your authentic self? Cross country friends can share photos in so many other ways. Stepping back into the shadows now.

I initially created mine only as a condition to allowing my son to create one. He had to have me added as a friend, so that I could spy on him. He laughed and said no big deal. Not that I thought he was up to something but I am just a cautious Mom with the internet stuff. His is also set to private.

Since then, I had other people find me that knew me and they asked to be added as my friends. I think I have a total of like 10 friends, some relatives. Regardless, I still never did use my real full name when registering and never put any real personal details on there, like where I work, etc., and mine is set to private.

Doesn't matter - the ping cell tower coordinates are only for her phone, not her friends or anyone she called or who called her.

We had an "agreement". I paid for the DSL, the computer, and allowed her to have myspace. She was never led to believe it was private in any way. If I walked into the room and I saw her close something quickly...it was all gone. If I wasn't allowed to read whatever I wanted (emails, pms, ims, etc.)...it was all gone. I had her passwords and total access. I checked her history regularly. I was a totally hands-on mom. (I had other things set up, too, to insure her safety.) She still lets me go on and delete things I feel are not safe for her to post when she is home. She trusts my judgement. LOL I still have her current passwords, but never use them. (In case of emergency use only.)

That is the ONLY way my kids get to use their computers. Having a computer is a PRIVILEDGE........not a right and it can be taken away at any time if I have problems with what they post or websites they go to. Same way with cars for my teens. Their bicycles and feet still work and if they choose not to go by my rules, they get to use them for all their transportation needs.

Why was Amy's resume in Casey's car? It had to be given/taken before the car was towed. Was Casey going to use it as her own?

IIRC Amy was looking for a job. I suggest that Casey had Amy's resume to give to someone at Universal. Trying to get Amy a job....

Hi everyone. I wanted to ask a question, and cant find the proper thread. But does anyone notice that when the BH is in interview he will usually mention that whoever has Caylee can drop her off anywhere, then he will specifically say a drop her at a drugstore and call in 2 days. Why do you think he always mentions drugstore, not any other location.

Yep - he (Rick) so the supposition on here of the Blackjack costing almost the exact amount of the GGP check theft doesn't jive. If she didn't buy the Blackjack until around beginning of July according to CA and Lee phone call.

If the fight about the stolen checks happened on Father's Day, the theft had to have occurred earlier to give Casey enough time to have cashed one, and for it to go through the ACH system and get debited from the bank account.

I have just read that alot of addicts actually just return the stuff the bought for cash in multiple trips... now that I could believe.

Many times they use stolen credit card numbers, order things online and then return them to local stores for the cash. The reason I know that is someone charged a ton of things on my CC online and in the process of tracking down the purchases, we found everyone of them were returned locally. (in another city) The police told me that was very common.

Ok - so LP has access to ONLY her pings. Could he be looking at it this way - say if CA was talking to AH at such and such a time - well then obviously CA and AH WERE NOT together? Or if CA was at Tony's talking TO Tony - then he WAS NOT at his place? Or if CA was talking to RM and she was at RM's apt - then obviously HE wasn't?
