I JUST saw this on another board! Investigate, Folks! Sounds good...

WESH news said OCSO is realising 431 pages of info for discovery today, including photos of a dumpster and trash?

Morning Folks,
This statement freaks me out! I lost my 26 year old son in '05 to a motorcycle accident...there was nothing I could do about it but I sure as heck wasn't calm. My heart hurt so bad I could hardly breath and the last thing I wanted to do was be around people. I screamed at God for weeks...I haven't heard Casey or Cindy scream once. Anyone who has lost a child can relate to what I'm saying and these people, the entire Anthony clan are simply not normal.

I cannot imagine the pain of losing a Child. I found my Husband deceased in our garage...THAT was bad enough!

Thought? Could Amy have taken Caylee to Puerto Rico

Except no person saw Caylee from June 16th til Amy would have left for PR.

So Casey is doing all this because she doesn't want her friends to get into trouble? Riiiiight.

Why of course she is....Maybe she will get the FRIEND Of The Year AWARD to go along with her MOTHER of the Year one...HaHaHA... Like you said Riight!! ...CASEY, WHERE IS CAYLEE???!!!

What am I missing here? Amy's post was at 11:38 PM. The Anthony's already said that they went on MySpace right away to get the word out. I've always felt that's how Amy found out. I don't in anyway think she's involved. I do, however, think Baez's plan unfortunately is working. He's been trying to create reasonable doubt. Casey lost Caylee.
According to the OCSD Narrative, Amy was contacted by Tony L. So I keep wondering where the reports are coming from that Amy knew anything about Caylee being missing on the 15th?!

Anthony Lazzaro called claiming he first learned of Caylee’s disappearance by deputies coming to his house ear~ this morning and inquiring about it. He claims he met the defendant in May and had been dating her since June. He claims he last saw Caylee on or about June 2nd white atthe pool at his complex. He had not seen Caylee since. He has never met Zenaida nor knows where she lives. It was he that contacted Amy Huizenga and had her call me regarding this case.

Very strange statements, almost like she is saying without saying it, that Caylee is dead, and we are calm because Caylee is with God. At least that is how I interpreted it.
The Anthonys speak in the same language that Scott Peterson speaks. "Violence against women is inapproachable." It makes no sense to normal people and almost does sound code-like.

See if Baez believed even for 5 minutes that Caylee was alive-then he'd hire Padilla since Padilla knows where Caylee is. That would be considered privileged since it's work product. What better way to defend your client than to produce Caylee? Baez and Padilla are just full of it.

I agree. Casey will ultimately be charged for the death of Caylee, with or without forensic evidence. Unless of course forensic evidence comes back from the lab that exculpates Casey, though I don't consider this last scenario to be likely -- I'm just mentioning it as a theoretical possibility.

I agree. The DNA results from the trunk or backyard soil samplies will have one of three results: match Caylee, not match Caylee or be inconclusive. They won't know if they match the dead body of another person unless they have the DNA of that dead person to compare.

I agree that she is probably not involved, but I'm not 100% on that, and will wait to see what the evidence is before I write any of her "friends" out of the picture.

She couldn't have been that "recent" a friend as she describes herself as being good friends with the Anthony family. Do you not find it odd that no one was suspicious when they didn't see Caylee for all those weeks? I'd like to think that if Casey was my friend and living with me, and her child disappeared for weeks, that I'd be asking lots of questions, and not settling for a "she's at the beach" etc excuses for weeks on end.

IMOO

Well even Casey's own family fell for it. Casey tells one person one story, then another person a different story. Casey's family knew she was a liar and even went with that story. The difference here is the friends did not know Casey was a liar until after the fact. Which, IMO, lends to their credibility. They are more likely to be honest than anyone else in this case.

Did you see this?

http://www.local6.com/news/17286906/detail.html

""She can't go to law enforcement and tell them the truth because she doesn't want to get her friends in a jackpot because they've already lied to law enforcement," Padilla said."

"The issue is (to) get the little girl back, call law enforcement, get immunity, tell them you lied (and say) 'Here's the child, go get her,'" Padilla said.

'If he mentions names again, I would think they're going to get their own lawyers.

What in the world does the statement, doesn't want to get her friends in a jackpot, mean?

Amy did NOT find out that Casey had stolen from her until AFTER she had lent her car to Casey.

I'm not going to throw stones at Amy until there's some evidence of her involvement in all this. She got suckered by a master manipulator. Of all the people in this story, I feel sorry for Amy...she seems like a generous, kind person whose trust was misplaced.

Maybe I'm wrong on this, but I thought the whole money thing happened before Amy went away? When do you think she was sure it was Casey that stole it?

Also, Clint keeps saying they never met any of Casey's friends, yet Tony apparently calls Amy to tell her to talk to the police and Amy obviously knows where the house is (she brings Cindy there). How can they all be saying that they didn't know anything til the detectives told them (Tony anyhow) when we know that Amy knew the night before, and I suspect Tony would have also known. I mean, how did Amy explain to Tony why she brought Cindy there???

It's all very strange to me.

And I'm not saying they are suspects, simply that I don't have enough info to be convinced that they don't know more than they are saying. The police are the only ones that know if their statements are making sense and consistent with the evidence, whether their travel plans were sudden or made well in advance etc.

And again, I'd really like to know how Casey moved in with Amy and why Amy never asked her why Caylee was never with her??? A whole month of excuses when you actually live with her?? Don't you find this odd??

Exactly my point when I said George knew better than to confuse it with a dead squirrel.

I would think the airlines would have record of that. It's just more kool-aid.

No, Katie. Amy could NOT have taken Caylee to PR! Caylee was missing weeks before Amy even went to PR. Caylee has been missing from June 15th and Amy left on July 8th. Not to mention, she had no legal documentation that would allow her to take a minor child out of the country! Not possible!!

Defense theory number #786 shot down and full of holes.
