Now we know why released, "More than 400 pages of documents, including arrest reports, will be released as part of a public records request made by the Orlando Sentinel."

I am assuming it was a freedom of information request. Which leads to the question of what type of documents will we see. Doesn't sound like discovery. I am so confused.

It may have been filed because Jose filed. The OS got it because he did?

Article says that the Sentinel made the request. I'm sure that LE could have stonewalled, citing that the release would harm their case...but they decided to go ahead and release.

Can't wait to see what those docs say!

Yes he does. There was an article about an employee seeing Caylee in early June swimming in the pool. I was just wondering if that employee noticed if Caylee had "swimmies" on. I pulled up that apt complex and behind the pool are 2 retention ponds. I wonder if those were looked at.

TY for that info. It sounds like the Sentinel is well acquainted with Florida's sunshine laws, FOIA laws. Glad that we have a media advocate that's fighting for the public's right to be informed.

Please be careful which posters you are responding to. There have been many responses that have not been to the poster who originally put up the information or made the original statement. For instance the good sleuthing comment was to the person who put up the article about casey's text message not to the globe report. There are other instances as well. Please slow down and read.

That's because the GOOD SLUETHING comment had to do with finding the person who receieved the text message -- which was asked ad nauseum earlier -- and was finally found. The GLOBE report is BAD SLEUTHING because it was lifted without attribution.
