He did say that, but it seems inconsistent with Amy knowing where Tony lived and Tony calling her that morning. And I find it very strange that Casey was with Tony every day, Cindy & Amy show up at the house and take Casey away, Casey messages everyone about her missing daughter, but Tony claims to not have known anything til the next day?? IMOO

The State Attorney's Office just released more than 400 pages of court documents -- including arrest reports, transcripts of interviews with witnesses, poems on MySpace and pictures of Caylee as part of the Casey Anthony case.

The release was in response to a public record's request made by the Orlando Sentinel.

Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, tried to get the state to delay the release by filing a motion for a temporary injunction. Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland denied Baez's request this afternoon.

What I've been able to pick up so far is massive discovery documents will be released at any time, including a cd full of dumpster pics. Anything else new?

I'm right along with you. ;-) I think those are the facts I gathered. Lots of theories and questions being tossed out but no more facts, as far as I gathered. Oh but Blink is working with TP to get TES involved so that could turn out to be a wonderful turn of events!

I do have a question as to this though. Blink, will you know if Cindy turns them down?

Okay, I finally found it. How would he know if that was true? Wouldn't LE be the only ones with evidence of who the items belonged to, and if something happened?

But did he last see Caylee on June 2nd at the pool? How come Clint saw her in the apartment almost two weeks later?

Exactly....which is why I keep saying that until I read all the friends' statements and am convinced they are consistent with each other and the evidence, I'm not jumping to any conclusions about them one way or the other.

I just don't think we know enough about them to be exonerating them just based on some presumption that they must have also been Casey's victims.

I am not Blink...but I can say she will be in touch with Tim and so will probably be privy to such information. However, I doubt she will be free to speak on the matter.

And I should add, that just because Casey is a manipulative liar, does not of itself make all her friends innocent victims of her. We really know very little about the character of her friends. IMOO

Casey's friends aren't on trial here.

There's no reason to suspect that they had anything to do with Caylee's disappearance.

Their character really doesn't matter, unless they did something to harm Caylee, and there is ZERO evidence that they did.
