Well according to Casey's other friend, she got a text msg that Caylee had been missing 31 days. IMO, Amy got a text as well.

And presumably Tony was notified somehow too...doesn't she say in jail that she hasn't spoke to him since the morning she was arrested?? IMOO

Hi all. I just read this "Dumpster Report" from our links section. I havet read all of this back tread yet to know if its been discussed but I want to speculate on this. IF this turns out to be a true report, we dont know yet, then I "speculate" that that dumpster is where Mr George Anthony dumped the pizza trash and LE had him to show them where to retrieve it from. It never was stated where he retrieved it from, but that he did. LE stated on stand at bond hearing that the contents were the same as GA said. If this turns out to be so, I would think it suspicious as to why GA took it somewhere besides to his own garbage at home. What do you think?

This was my first thought on hearing of the dumpster. George cleaned out the car when he got home. Where did he put the stuff from the car. I'm not thinking of the pizza trash though...that is what George owned up to. What if he dumped stuff elsewhere and LE got lucky and found it. They do search nearby dumpsters for evidence when a crime is committed. I don't think George would have led them to incriminating evidence. He may have had trash from the car at home and trash that was taken away from the house. JMO of course.

Hi Lily! The news channel with the video (6 I think) said, "Join us at 4pm for more details."

Maybe this helps....but maybe they will say at 4, "join us later"!

Part of the reason there is a newbie thread is because those posters were admonished for not being up to speed or asking questions that had been discussed. It is not WS style at all to discourage posters from posting as a group or to admonish each other for asking questions. The fact that people are reluctant to post is discouraging.
I have seen many posts about this very thing and it is really wrong.

Holy cow! I answer the phone, and I am six pages behind in 10 minutes. You guys are unreal!

So my morbid question about the dumpster is this: Other than evidence of a body, what would STILL be in a dumpster a month later when they find out Caylee is missing? As far as that is concerned, finding the body in a dumpster still might only mean a charge of child neglect/endangerment unless they could PROVE Casey had "done the deed."

hang on, think I completely misunderstood-aren't they talking about "photos of a dumpster", not the dumpster itself as it is today but as it was when photo taken (by casey, george?, someone else?) and that photos were on a CD or something? Maybe I listened to it wrong

:bang: Garrison IMO was the worst thing they did. NOW info is going from one liars mouth to another..what's the point really?

IMO, the point was to get the focus OFF Cindy & George & let other people assume the job of defending Casey for the public's consumption.

Garrison AND Leonard Padilla step up to the plate so the Anthony family can try to fade into the background.

The problem is the public is NOT buying Casey's ridiculous lies..... no matter WHO'S repeating them.

Yes, and she was arrested at around 4:30pm on July 16th per the arresting docs.

The Orlando Sentinel - front page

The State Attorney's Office just released more than 400 pages of court documents -- including arrest reports, transcripts of interviews with witnesses, poems on MySpace and pictures of Caylee as part of the Casey Anthony case.

The release was in response to a public record's request made by the Orlando Sentinel.

Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, tried to get the state to delay the release by filing a motion for a temporary injunction. Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland denied Baez's request this afternoon.

Meanwhile, Anthony met with her home confinement case manager this afternoon. The case manager told Anthony, 22, she was allowed to meet with her attorney this afternoon, but she must return to her family's Lee Vista-area home by 6 p.m

According to the Orange County Corrections Department, Anthony is allowed to leave her home at the following times: Wednesday: Attorney visit. Out at 10 a.m. Return by 4 p.m. Friday: Attorney Visit. Out at 10 a.m. Return by 4 p.m. Sunday: Church. Out at 10 a.m. Return by 2:30 p.m. (weekly until further notice) Sept. 2: Case Manager visit. Out at 12:30 p.m. Return by 3:30 p.m. (weekly case manager visits will be on Mondays but will be on Tuesday next week due to a county holiday)
