i know what you are saying BUT

circumstantial evidence is extremely powerful

its as good as anything else

sometimes and in this case. it is overwhelming

:)

But we didn't get anything other than what relates to the child abuse charges. There is more out there that we don't have and won't have until possible murder charges are filed.

I am confused too about Amy/Ricardo's relationship..anyone?

I also got the impression from the documents that Amy and Ricardo are nothing more than friends.

An LE "Fruedian Slip" ???

Did anyone else notice that in doc. # 17290449 in the police report sections (specifically pg. 47), in the upper area under "Assignment", LE refers to this case as a "Major Case Homicide" ?? All the while they keep saying on TV interviews that they are going on the believe that they are still looking for a missing child...

Just thought that was kind of "telling" of what LE is thinking...IMO

I didn't check that document, but it's a good find. And an excellent example demonstrating that LE is allowed to flat out lie about an ongoing investigation. I think that your find is newsworthy. Call CNN!

I was actually impressed with the depth of this investigation. It seemed to me they have followed up on everything and gone down every avenue. And if this is only the part WE know about, well, I think Casey's goin down. Maybe not today, but she's goin.

Yup! Its as overwhelming as The Laci Peterson case; and their bodies weren't recovered for at least 6 months into LE's investigation.

Casey killed Caylee accidentally or otherwise. After reading those documents I am more inclined to believe in premeditation than ever...before I believed more in the drowning theory. Now I believe that Caylee was in the way. Casey didn't want her anymore and with all of the pressure that Cindy supposedly put on her she wasn't about to just leave her with her parents.

I apologized if this has been discussed already. There are quite a few things that stand out to me but one small thing is her deleting pictures and posts on her web pages. I just don't understand this action of wiping out all recent posts on her myspace account and deleting pictures of her and her daughter. Can anyone find a rationale reason for this? Obviously rationale is not a term to be used in conjuction with her but it really has been bothering me. Her hiding her actions is not what innocent people do in my opinion...

O.K. don't anyone jump all over me or anything but I have a question /thought.
I read some of the doc's yesterday even though I had sort of backed away from this case so I think I am a little caught up, but I thought I saw a statement from a guy in the Marines (or did someone else say she called this guy) anyway...does anyone think that this "important" thing she was going to tell him was that he was the father of Caylee and then ask him to take Caylee to raise her himself?

What an awful mess this is, it's bad enough this poor child is missing/murdered but now the whole world knows that casey didn't even want to keep her but was forced to by cindy. Cindy did a terrible thing here you cannot force someone to be a mother, she should have just supported her daughter's wishes...whatever they were.

^^ I think thats a good idear!
Several things stick out to me, especially concerning George and the car.

Another thing, iirc I thought the purse was found in the car, correct?
So why would Cindy automatically assume that Casey was in big trouble rather then think she and the baby had met with foul play?

I do think Casey was planning on bailing. The more likely scenario is that she didn't have enough money and thats why she was ripping everyone off, I mean where exactly is all the money she stole. Another possibilty is the 15K she claimed to have at B of A, is that where she put the money she stole? She knew it was dangerous to carry that kind of cash? Has LE looked into that at all?

Yesterday when I was reading the files, another thing that stuck out to me was when she was at the Tattoo parlor. Something was mentioned about how she was supposed to go on vaycay with her friends but it didn't work out financially- Did maybe Casey get upset because here her kid is again, coming between Casey and a good time once again?

Also, the timeline keeps getting messed up in my mind because of the statements made.
But something certainly happened on the 9th- I assume thats when the falling out between Casey and Cindy happened, but then how did Cindy get Caylee back on Father's Day to go to the nursing home? Was everything copacetic between the two by then?
Maybe she didn't

I thought she was allowed 150 feet????

She can't go outside, the reporters will see her and film her.
As long as media is there, she will remain indoors with the blinds pulled down.

I was in Mexico on Sunday. Don't even need a passport. Two forms of I.D. at the San Diego border which is about 50 miles from Camp Pendleton.
Thanks, I did not know you did not need a passport. My son goes to Canada every year and know he had to get one I think it was last year. Thought maybe you would now have to have one for Mexico.

The child was gone and she didn't want a reminder or new potential boyfriends to see her with a child she no longer had. Sorta what you do when you are no longer friends with someone or dating someone, it is strange but people go on to myspace and remove all evidence of them.

A couple of things that were telling to me is:
* Tony's testimony that she seemed to be more into him very quickly and he was trying to pull away.
* Cindy telling Ryan that she lies and he didn't want him to get hurt and that she was a sociopath.
* That George AND Cindy went to get the car together. (since George had to go back to get money.) I was under the impression that George went to get the car when she went to get Amy.
* Jesse saying she deleted more than 200 pics of Caylee on the internet. And also that she needed to use his shower.
There is more but my head is swimming from the info and lack of sleep!

edited to add: it reminded me of what Amy said. "She was acting like a 16 year old who had gotten caught."

A local talking head was saying that the info released will probably not include any info that will be used for possible homicide charges. The docs released were related stricty to the child abuse charges. He said LE will be careful to not show their hand.

Sure. Absolutely. I was only referring to the documents released yesterday, as I would have no way of knowing what else LE has.

But as to what hasn't been released that might pertain to potential homicide charges, there's no guarantee that LE will have meaningful forensics. Based on what we know, there is the chance that a homicide charge will be largely circumstantial. That's why I wrote that, perhaps, nothing has changed significantly, at least based on yesterday's documents.

Cindy said that the idea for adoption never came up. We don't know that the whole adoption conversations were not just Casey leading her friends around by the nose again.

Staying inside would be the smart thing to do. But she's still allowed 150 feet. Don't the Anthony's have a ten foot fence?
