Last night when Tony Padilla was online, I asked him if LP appraoched Baez about "hiring" him so he could have access and information to find Caylee. Privilege and confidentiality would apply because it's would be considered work product. Tony Padilla said that Baez was asked and wanted no part of that. That leads me to think:

1) Baez truly doesn't believe Caylee is alive, kidnapped whatever.
2) Baez didn't expect those docs to be released publicly.
3) Baez knew LP was a colorful character mediawhore and used him to try to get everyone to drink the Kool-Aid.

I stayed up all until 1 in the morning reading the documents. And all i can say is WOW!
One question though.
Why wasn't JP interviewed???

Thanks you for posting that! After reading all the docs, I wondered the same thing -- though my eyes (and brain) were swimming by that point.

I believe that last night someone (sorry it's all a blur) noted a couple of other interviews that weren't included as well.

When Clint was on Greta, didn't he say that the last time he saw Caylee that Tony wasn't home?

I'm not sure on that. I would have to recheck. IIRC, they were all there. That would be friday June 13th?

She just kind of moved in and he let her stay because she cooked, cleaned and did laundry. He said absolutely nothing to make me think he cared for her much, even before Caylee disappeared.

what does anyone make of casey asking her mother for one more day before they got the police involved?

IMO, Casey would have been MIA in one more day.

I do agree fully but then so why boldly announce it officially to LE?

I would be suspicious if it was just one person, but IMO it is just people really wanting to help, and also maybe hoping they are the one who gives the info that breaks the case.
I have a very hard time with dates, and keeping things in chronological order. It is like an inside joke for me, that I've said on numerous occasions I hope I am never called to testify, as I will come off looking guilty as he77 by not being able to remember what dates, and I would have to keep interrupting myself to stick in important things I left out.

I'm still freaked out over reading about Casey stating she was going to take over payments on the house. Like someone posted a little while ago. The Anthony's should sleep with one eye open.

and if cindy had given her that 1 more day she might have gotten to do that too! tell all her friends they took caylee and moved back up north. call everyone and ask them to come swimming and byob. scarey!

Waddles,
I'm new to this. Are you excited or being sarcastic?

I got this info from the TP Thread. I've been emailing everyone I could think of to pressure the Anthony's to request their help (everyone except Tony P. - someone beat me to it).

It's really hard for me to logically break down where Casey was headed with all of these lies. Lies usually have a way of catching up with people. The lie to Amy about buying her parents house, obviously this wasn't going to happen. Stealing Amy's money, another move that would have eventually caught up with Casey. I have thought for a long time that Casey's intention was to get out of Florida, possibly even the country. I started thinking this when the car was found with her purse in it. Almost looked as if foul play had occured and Casey and Caylee were missing!

i think calling TES would be the most sane thing they have done. i hope they will come pronto.

Also, I feel bad for Tony because he is going to Full Sail. Ask anyone who works in the industry about Full Sail.

No kidding! I think reading those docs made us realize how diabolical and scary Casey is.

I wondered this, she had burned EVERY bridge, she had nowhere to go with the lies and I think she was stealing trying to get the money to disappear..

I agree with this scenario but my only question is how did she find out ZG was moving in? Someone would have had to remember Casey coming into the apt office?

Scenario:

ZG wants to look at apt, employee takes info and completes office form, employee leaves form on desk and takes ZG to see apt, Casey sees employee with prospective tenant, Casey enters unattended office, sees form on desk, notes info.
