yes there was mention of a passport a long while back. cindy was surprised to find out she had one. i would have no idea how to find that for you though.

the owner of the towing place threw it the pizza bag over the fence didn't he? and i saw a form in there where the LE retrieved a plastic bag from the towing place.

but if that's the case then the garbage that cindy gave them wasn't the same garbage right?

Actually, it was GEORGE that threw the garbage from the trunk over a fence...but LE got hold of it!!!

It could be that Casey wanted to tell this guy he was the father so she could sponge some money off of him.

Yes very well could be! Anything is possible with this nut job

Interesting, no doubt Cindy would be surprised considering I haven't heard anything about Casey travelling outside the US. I wonder when the passport was applied for/obtained? I'd really like to know the answer to that.

Was there any info of TonE picking Casey up from the Amscot parking lot?

After having finally gotten through all 429 pages of documents I am more disgusted and discouraged than ever. There were a couple of things that stood out to me though. I don't know if these have already been brought up because I couldn't read all the posts I had missed plus all the released documents too. If they have already been discussed then please excuse.

I found it odd that George just happened to gave a can of gas in his car when he went to the tow yard to pick up Casey's car. I didn't think it was considered safe to drive around with a can of gas in your car truck. If they had no prior knowledge of the car being abandoned or the supposed reason for the abandonment, then why did he go prepared with a can of gas to put in the car so he could drive it home?

Also in the official statments given by George and Cindy, they mentioned the car but they NEVER mentioned anything about the smell in the car which I found strange. Wouldn't they think that was important to put in their statements? Also since LE obviously tried to collect everything that was or had been in the car, why didn't Cindy mention the pants and go ahead and turn them over to LE at the same time. The knife that she washed was obviously mentioned and collected so why not the pants too?

Amy said in her statement that Casey and Ricardo had a big fight over Casey bringing Tony to a birthday party that she had for her friend Troy on June 6th. Supposedly he was mad because he and Casey were still sleeping together at that time. Yet when you read Ricardo's statement there is no mention of any fight/falling out between him and Casey. Their split was supposedly mutual with no hard feelings on either side and they remained friends. So did Amy actually witness this fight or is it another one of the things that Casey just told her about? If it did really happen then why wasn't Ricardo honest about it in his statement? Also found it interesting that the last time he was Casey with Caylee was on June 9th when she spent the night with him. Strange co-incidence on the June 9th date being the same date Casey alledgedly dropped Caylee off with the nanny.

Also the statements from Kiomarie Cruz bothered me. First she claimed that Casey Anthony called her on July 9th asking to borrow $150 or $200 since she had told her that if she ever needed anything to call her. (Stated when she ran into Casey A. while out shopping sometime earlier and told her that.) Later on she claims that the call actually came from a Casey Williams which was an african american friend of hers. I find it a little hard to believe that she could not tell the difference between Casey A. and Casey W. by their voice on the phone. Something about the statements from Kiomarie that just don't seem quite right.

Ok I think that is it for now. I stayed up all night reading all the documents and it is catching up with me now. Guess it is time to get some shut eye but I wanted to mention these things first before I forgot any of the detrails from the documents.

Anybody have any thoughts on any of these things??

The Casey Anthony/ Casey Williams thing really bugs me too. I don't buy Kiomarie's story.

ok i found this way back

We know that Casey had a passport. At the bond hearing they ask George if Casey had a passport and he said "No" Then the prosecuter said she does have a passport..which is one of the big reasons they do not want to let her out of jail.

So she must have fairly recently gotten a passport and she was probably getting ready to leave the country and start a new life somewhere..she just got sidetracked. With Tony and the partying. But I think she was ready to leave the country on her own and never look back..then it would appear with the car gone..she probably checked back at the parking lot and thought it was stolen..then she and the baby gone..people would think they were carjacked or worse..she would be a free agent. She has no concern for anyone but herself and would be very capable of leaving everyone and everything behind in a NY minute.

The manager Mr. Birch at the impound facility threw the white bag over the fence according to part 2, page marked 316 of the documents released yesterday.

Amy sure likes to add..."ish"....to words, doesn't she?

One of the biggest shocks for me is Cindy and George having an attorney. And, them searching the backyard.....

Melly.....The first part about George and the gas can. When we fill our riding mover we have to go to the gas station and fill up a gas can and bring it home to fill the mover. This is done frequently by many people, regarding safety, not sure on that one. Secondly, I had heard somewhere that Casey's car had a faulty gas gauge. If this was the case, George may have been preparing to put gas in it knowing that it could have run dry, possibly? Not sure about the rest of your questions.

For some reason, the fact that on Lee's statment that Casey's car was in the garage when he got to the house the night of the 911 call, but when LE arrives it was on the street.

Why pull a reeking car into the garage?

Frankly, I'm surprised Cindy's lawyer didn't tell her to keep her mouth shut...MOO

Remove it from sight. Tamper with evidence.

i feel like the biggest break in this case is going to come when we find out where casey was going when she wasn't going to work.

Don't know if what happened to Caylee was deliberate or an accident but since that point, I think casey has been making things up as needed, (not planned) as the story has unraveled. I think her plan was to get out of dodge, but Amy bringing Cindy to Tony's screwed that up. The car being abandoned and the purse left on the seat would typically be indicators of foul play. She knew at some point that car would be found and so would her purse, accompanied by the smell of decomp. I wonder if she has a passport or had recently applied for one? Anybody heard anything about this?

I don't see things this way. I don't think Casey was capable of seeing long-term.
Look how long she got away with lying about her job. You would think at some point her lack of money would make this come out, but it didn't.
She claimed at least one living person was the father of Caylee. Maybe she even thought he was, but when that fell through, she put it off on a guy who was killed in a car wreck. Now that is coming back to bite her in the butt. Unless she really has no idea who the father is, why wouldn't she name him, and get child support? Not thinking things through, that's what I think.
She was making claims long before something happened to Caylee she was going to buy her parents home, and they were moving elsewhere. Even if she planned to bump them off to make this happen, did she think it wouldn't make the news? This is not a well-thought-out lie.

ok i found this way back

Thanks! That about sums it up. I have thought for a very long time that Casey's intention was to run. Which means, if she never used the passport, not once, then all of this could be very premeditated. Just depends on when she applied for it.

At some point today I am going to try and pull out the consistent statements that Casey made to LE during the interview and compare them to the taped phone conversations.

We all know, when someone lies they can't remember the lie, but when telling the truth they remember it in detail.

Casey does a lot of "lying by omission". I think at some point maybe her parents said "we are going to leave you the house when we pass on." In part, Casey said she was going to get her parents house.

Casey was consistent about the blackjack phone not keeping the charge. But inconsisent on where the phone was last seen .. Universal or J Blanchard Park!

I wondered about the 2 Caseys as well. I thought maybe her boyfriend told her not to get involved. Escpecially when he told her she could not give out her cell phone bill.
