Seriously guys.....knowing what I know now about Caysey planning on moving Amy into her parents house, who really know's what this girl is capable of, or what her plan was. If I was George and Cindy I'd be sleeping with one eye open!!! I'd put NOTHING past Casey Anthony.

Secondly, I noticed last night that Leonard Padilla was much different after reading those docs. Do you guys think they will just get over it and pull out? They have no access to Casey and no respect for her knowing what she has done to her parents, grandparents, friends, family, and of course the community and folks like us.

That's the second time this morning I've seen someone comment on G & C needing to sleep with one eye open... hope they're reading. LOL

I'm just sayin...

You know who's REALLY pissed is Casey! "WTF??!! I thought yall were my effin friends.. Are you KIDDING me??!! What a waste... a HUGE effin waste!!"

The whole family is nuts:

SHUT UP........SHUT UP.........JUST SHUT UP:rolleyes:

GET OFF YOUR ASSES AND LOOK FOR CAYLEE!!!

JUST GIVE ME TONY'S NUMBER AND SHUT UP!!!!!

WOULD WE BE HAVING THIS DISCUSSION IF I EFFING KNEW WHERE CAYLEE WAS:rolleyes:

Can I get your promise in writing? :P I hope you're right, because all I want is either Caylee coming home alive (*sigh*) or whoever hurt her to get justice for what was done.

I promise you, IF this goes to trial, you will see this. Hard to imagine that she has never been held responsible for all her lies but it's the truth. A family can only put up with so much before you just start ignoring it- every time my daughter is in court I cringe- because she pulls this crap and the judge just about comes off the bench with her answers- I know what my daughter is doing, but it just is NOT going to work in court under the questioning of an attorney, and they are not going to let her spin these long answers, they are just gonna yell, YES OR NO!

  • #384
based on everything we know about how she lies

my guess is she knows exactly who the father is

of course, it might be one of several

but by doing the math and counting backwards

all she needs to do is remember who she had sex with

ohhhhhhhh might be one of several but to say she has no idea of who the father is... is just plain stupid

Did LE interview JP? If it was in the documents, I missed it. If not, why not?
Baez said this a.m. on GMA that LE released the documents they wanted to release - maybe not all of them? Maybe the interview JP gave (if he did give one) has even more damning information in it. JMO

On the first page of the first set there is basically a disclaimer that they were releasing info and at that time nothing else would be considered public. Makes me think there is more there, so I'm with whoever says that LE has more info.

but oddly it was when GEORGE got on the stand to testify at her bond hearing that Casey began to cry.

My questionable possibilities...all JMO tho!.....

1. Did she cry because she really LOVES her father and felt some sort of guilt.
2. Did she cry because she knew George was covering for her?
3. Did she cry because she knew George had something to do with Caylee disappearing?
4. Did she cry because she hates George so much because he did something so terrible to her when she was young that she can't even face him?

When I saw the hearing, I honestly thought she was crying because she either loved her dad and was embarrased that he was seeing all this or that somehow she knew George was covering her a$$.

anyone have any thoughts on this in regard to the "hating George" comment?

I think she cried because she wanted Daddy to feel sorry for her, I have a feeling she often turned on the waterworks for him when she was in trouble.

Yep..at one point it seemed they were humoring her. Oh yeah and I'm not excusing or condoning any of this, but the part about her laughing? I see it happened twice in this interview. Once was the LE was making a comment about the chairs being uncomfortable and I think sort of joking with CA about the way she was sitting. :P

Insert visual of Sharon Stone.

Sorry in advance

I'm just sayin...

by herself she is not a danger to her parents- the danger comes with who she associates herself with. you have to remember, she ALWAYS has to have someone else involved so that they can be used as the ones who did it

I hope they feel like shi* for bailing her out after reading those documents. Oh How I wish her lying as* was sitting in a cell waiting for trial.

Retirement accounts that qualify under ERISA or a governmental plan (like George's LE retirement) are protected from creditors and bankruptcy. Not even a thief or creditor could have cleaned out Cindy and George's retirement accounts; but Casey's behavior managed that devestation too. George is in his mid-fifties and Cindy is over fifty. These people are getting older and tired and they aren't going to be able to retire. That is a huge tragedy of its own.

I would like to see what LE found out at Bank of America and Wachovia.

Is it me or did Tony's interview seem almost disjointed? His speach pattern was terrible and some of his sentences don't even make sense - like he doesn't finish his thought. Also that he had been at the Anthony house TWICE and neither time were the GP's there. I thought that was interesting and yet LE didn't ask for those dates.

Ricardo also admitted to being at the Anthony house once when GP's weren't there.
Wonder what Cindy and George think of that?

Oh! sorry, I asked this last night and then could not find if anyone answered it!

During the interview, the police asked Casey about going into the check cashing store to cash a check, right before she left the car- she said no she had not put they did ask for those records from the store- but I did not see any follow up if indeed she did cash a check, or try to.

I forgot about that one. Yes, we are missing some things. Interesting isn't it? Another thought I had that I didn't see anywhere in the docs, is the fact LE brought cadaver dogs to the Amscot parking lot and where they hit if they did. Makes me wonder if that's why a pic was taken of the dumpster.

If someone would start a thread and write down key dates/events, I would gladly create the calendar, fill it in and host it on my domain.

Thanks! I think this would be a great tool for everyone to look at- I was going to start on it this weekend, I was just going to read the documents from the very beginning, and write down exact dates of what casey said and what le found out.

She was cried when her mom, her brother, and dad were on the stand.

Document 1
Cindy's Statement Pgs. 37 - 38
On page 33

Last "phone call" from Zenaida on June 12th per Casey: "Zenaida never made an attempt to explain why Caylee is no longer in Orlando or if she is ever going to bring her home."

We know June 12th is false as well as Zenaida but I am wondering if "no longer in Orlando" is a true statement.

Good catch PattyG!

I thought the same thing... like he was trying to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. And I would also love to read those psych evals.

Yuri was playing bad cop and the other one was definitely playing good cop at one point.

They were absolutely GRILLING HER at one point. Telling her she couldn't be the cold callous monster that she was shaping up to be.

Every single time they hammered a valid point home she had a "non verbal response" Then she would start with the lies again and they would cut her off and just say NO we are not going there.

It was awesome. No wonder why she invoked her right to remain silent. They were tearing her apart and rightfully so.

I heard LP on NG tape this morning. He is still running with his one-trick pony act. I originally thought he was just shaking the bushes to see if anything new would come out but now I think he is trying to help establish reasonable doubt. I liked him at first but am doing the daily flip flop on him.

A previous poster made the comment about how Casey was going to get her parents house- they were going to move out and how all that maybe played into her game of Caylee and the family would be hurt if she talked or what not.

The more and more I think about it, I do think its possible that could have been part of her plan. Dispose of Caylee, then C and G. Inherit the house and live the cushy life.
It would be interesting to see who C and G's beneficiaries are on the life insurance and will.
But then again, why not just take care of Caylee and gparents all at the same time?

She abandoned the car right next to a dumpster at amscot

Cindy made fifty about a week before all this hell was dumped in her lap.
