That was a lot of reading. I saved the pdf's as soon as they popped up, but they are so large I wouldn't know how to share them (and it's kind of uncomfortable given the exposed SS#'s).
I have so many more questions now. Some things were answered.
1. The tow yard owner did smell the odor AND saw the contents of the trunk, which almost rules out Caylee being in the car (if there was a ton of junk in there and the trashbag was in the front, her being so small her body still could have been concealed so I don't want to make a total call on that)
2. The shower at Tony's. This was one of my first original questions in coming to the board - where would she have cleaned up from smelling like decomp and possibly being dirty from body disposal.
3. I noticed the LACK of Patrick's statement in these documents. I actually confused him for awhile with the R that gave the long statement and spoke about visitation and had so much info to share about Casey. I am SURE Patrick was interviewed; it NOT being included tells me he may have shared things with LE that are being kept close to their vest right now.
4. Cindy and George checking out the sheds and backyard. Very interesting and shows they went somewhere immediately (mentally I mean) w/conclusions when they smelled that car and then discovered Caylee was missing.
5. Kiomarie is full of BS and I hope that unreleased documents are out there from followup and a subpeona of those phone records. That was HUGE RED FLAGS. The amount "Casey W" was trying to borrow was the same amount Casey DID try to borrow or successfully borrowed from someone else (sorry with 400 pages I don't recall the name now, ugh!) and within the same time frame.
6. I also see what was taken from the car - there were questions about why Caylee wouldn't have her doll or carseat or backpack or why those items wouldn't have been left with the "nanny" or even if she was sold.
7. Why did George just happen to have a gas can with him???
8. I still think Casey had help, even inadverdent help, from someone. Someone who loaned her something else or spoke with her and gave her information she needed that they don't realize was important and related to Caylee. Without thinking anyone is GUILTY of helping her as an accessory, I hope the phone records and pings of these friends and family members are being examined.
Last but not least, Tony's statement is lacking. If the car smelled that badly, there is no way that he picked up Casey from the "broken down" car and she did NOT smell like decomp/rotting food/whatever. Those smells *cling* to fabrics you wear. There are probably further interviews he gave that have not been released - or he's lying or not remembering (giving the benefit of the doubt, memory maybe isn't so good 3 weeks after something occurs.)
What a cluster**** Casey has spun around this. WHERE IS CAYLEE?
