Something my husband said yesterday really rang true when I FINALLY got to AH's sworn statement. He said, with all her craziness, lies, stealing, talking bad about her parents, etc., Cindy and George are lucky she didn't kill THEM.

The whole story about taking over the house, etc. is just sooooo bizarre. That was NEVER going to happen, so why take this friend for a ride of moving into the house. She was obviously looking to get out from under the control of her parents. Staying at all these friends houses, etc. looking to move in. That myspace post of just a few more days and all the girls living together. She had to be planning something....just one more thing in her twisted mind that doesn't add up.

Maybe she had some crazy plan to off her parents and realized that would be too tough, so get rid of the source of her jealousy.

I've cried so many tears over this in the last few days I can't even count.

You know, my brain is too tired to even go there tonight...but your husband has a good point, and nothing would surprise me now! :waitasec:

This will be a repeat for a lot of you--but bear with me cause the server has been overloaded and I want this to be read by all our posters.

I want to make sure you all read this!

I also wanted to take a moment to say something to ALL THE POSTERS HERE: Every single one of you despite these horrible circumstances that brought us together, has given me so much faith in how truly giving, wonderful, caring and determined we all are despite our differences to see justice done for the victims that have no voice. We are their voice and we may argue, laugh, cry and despair but we are all united in this one thing. I have grown immensely, learned immeasurably and found things within myself that have been dormant far too long. I thank each and every one of you for that. Carry on the good work and thankyou for being here.

I posted that on the last thread right when the news broke--LOL--just thought a little love needed to go around right now.

The Anthonys have disputed the results of the tests, pointing out that Caylee hasn't been found. Casey Anthony's attorney refused to comment. The family was holed up in its home, Wednesday night.

Of course Caylee hasn't been found YOUR DAUGHTER WILL NOT TELL ANYONE WHERE SHE DUMPED HER LIKE A PIECE OF TRASH. GMAB

STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR CASEY!

Bold is mine. ?How could they forfeit the possibility of charging her with Murder 1 based on cause and manner of death pursuant to an autopsy????
Am I interpreting this properly?

No. They are giving up using certain evidence that comes from Casey's production of that evidence under the immunity agreement. Also, all evidence that flows from that evidence. IF they can prove a charge with their own evidence -- and show that Casey's evidence was excluded -- they can charge anything their own LE evidence will support -- including premeditated murder (if that is supported by LE evidence).

Well, there was no "Nanny" and there was no job at Universal. She had to go somewhere during the day.

That's the question still burning in my brain. Where did she go everyday and what in the heck did she do with Caylee? Lock her in the trunk everyday??????????

This Casey is really disturbing me..though I do not believe one's spirit lingers after death so Caylee is now with God. As a Mom I cry for her being somewhere cold and dark. I know how kids are afraid of the dark. I don't want her to be scared and lonely without her blanket.

I have never followed a missing person case like this before and I am thinking I am being way too affected..maybe I should distance myself for awhile. Does anyone else feel this way. Add: I know lots of others are being affected. I mean does anyone feel like they are being ***too*** disturbed.

I'm trying to catch up...between the server going down and the news reports coming fast and furious, I never made it to the grocery store.

It is 9:26 and I have just finished dinner........bacon, eggs, grits, cantelope and toast.

I LOVE breakfast for dinner, but have no appetite....my heart is still breaking for Caylee.

That sounds so good. Poor kids got Spaghetti O's again for dinner. I swear i have lost 20 pounds over this case.

That is more of a grey area. I would look to caselaw - decisions of the Courts of the State of Florida and if I couldn't find it there, then other jurisdictions for the answer to this question. Generally, evidence inadmissable in the case in chief can be used in rebuttal, but it depends on why it was inadmissible in the case in chief. I'd hit the law books on this one -- don't know that it is a settled point of law.

Thank you. I was thinking that maybe they are willing to give her the benefit of the doubt in that it was accidental while at the same time reserving their right to use evidence of murder if that was shown in the autopsy. For some reason I feel as if they are leaning towards it being an accidental death. They have given her every opportunity to admit to that much.

I agree!! A couple of things stood out to me after reading the documents.
All of the points are just feelings or speculations....based completely on the documents.
1) Her Plan... I can't remember which document. But she would need the money for her "plan" ( i am going to re-read and find this...)
2) I felt after reading Tony's testimony that she would not have to worry about her parents finding out about Caylee missing if she killed them. The 15,000 would be from her parents life insurance. House would be given to her since she "lived" there and Lee would not need it.
3) Part of her plan was to tell her friend "after she got drunk" he was Caylee's father since Lee and her parents already knew. And now that they are dead and she is all alone...
4) George filled for divorce in 2005. Casey may have been telling the truth about her "parents issues" and how her dad was messing around on her mom. Which ties into Cindy's statement.. " I do not want to lose him."

I bet Cindy and George get a divorce when this is ALL over with and Casey is in jail. ( She will have to spend at least 5 years for the current charges whether or not she is convicted or proved guilty of murder (information from NG)

I'm not generally a supporter of the death penalty but do make an acception when it comes to children. They should be protected and avenged at all costs.

But I do think GiGi that Life without parole is sooooo much worse than the death penalty. There is no end to your misery that way. Casey would have to suffer for YEARS on end in a jail cell, growing old and becoming institutionalized. Did you see her after only 30 some odd days? She looked 100 years old when she got out.

I've always thought that LWOP is the best punishment for offenders like Casey.

SHE SHOULD ROT THERE! imho

Either way is good for me but I do think LWOP is worse than death.

I always say that a jail should be a cell, and nothing more. You want food or water or clothes or books? Then you better not tick off everyone who might bring it to you. Oh yeah, and the hungry rats. Some folks need them in the cell with 'em. I think we'd have far fewer criminals. (And yep, that's just my own opinion!)

What do you think about a mental hospital for the criminally insane? Maybe that's more appropriate for her?

Whew! 955 people on here, didn't think I'd get IN! :)

Ok,I rewatched Channel 9 TV clip and it states 'sources close to the case say that FBI said' so again is this accurate? So the FBI didn't release this informatin and OCLE isn't saying yes and isn't saying no. JB is saying he knows nothing about this evidence. What are sources close to the case. Who? To me an unmaned souce is not a good souce. That is just my opinion.

Can you narrate a little. All convention here in new york on CNN and Fox

On my tv, I get regular CNN, plus a second channel with CNN Headline news, if you have that, it probably has Nancy Grace there. It is repeated at 10pm. Check it out :)
