Caylee Anthony General Discussion thread #141

Hello Everyone! I am a newbie. I feel like I already know so many of you from reading all of the posts.
I too have been consumed by this case and just like everyone else I was holding out hope for the safe return of precious little Caylee. This does not look like a happy ending. My heart goes out to George, Cindy, & Lee. I realize that people are suspicious of their behaviour and feel that they may have played a role in this, but I strongly disagree. I think that what we have seen from them is denial and grief. They know what is going on but will cling to any shred of hope their deceitful daughter will throw at them. They are victims of this tragedy too and they will need support to see them thru this. You know that they are closer to the realization and unlike Casey this will devastate them.

I honestly feel that Caylee was probably crying for Cindy when Casey snapped. Remember the flurry of phone calls? Why did no one answer her calls? I believe that it had just hit the fan about the stolen checks from the grandparents. I think that there is a possibility of Caylee crying during this time and with each unanswered call Casey made, the angrier she became. All it would have taken is for little Caylee to continue to cry out for her grandmother to push Casey over the edge at this point. It breaks my heart to think of little Caylee's tear stained face begging to see her grandmother. That would have completely enraged Casey and she lashed out.

This was no accident because you can be sure that if it had been, Casey would have been quick to call 911 for help, thus allowing her to become a victim of a terrible tragedy. It would also take the heat off of her for all of the theft. No, this was no accident, this was a sick twisted, form of revenge to spite the people who truly loved Caylee.

George, Cindy, & Lee, you are all in my prayers. Precious little Caylee, you have touched our hearts, and our lives will never be same.

WELCOME.. great post. I think the entire Anthony family needs a prayer at this point...

So when did you first suspect Casey killed Caylee? For me, it was the first news report that said "Tot's mom admits she has been missing for 31 days and she didn't tell anyone or call police." The rest has just been there to pile on to the avalanche of that initial disbelief. And yet, I don't think Casey will admit to anything EVER, immunity or not. It's much easier to blame it on the Invisible Man (I mean Nanny).

Part of me is holding out that the infamous dumpster holds the key, and that the dumpster in question is the one next to the Amscot. A dead body would likely still be evidenced there for a good while. In other words, they may not have a "body", but they have enough evidence of body somewhere other than the back of the car.

And I have to admit that as I'm writing this, I still can't bring myself to say "Caylee" instead of the body when describing this.

I've wondered about that dumpster at Amscot too after it was learned that the Pontiac was backed up to it. That's just far too convenient. If that dumpster wasn't picked up/emptied for several days, would there be decomposition and DNA evidence residue in that dumpster?

I've been thinking about something else too.

I wonder how long before George or Cindy files for divorce again. I don't that family is strong enough to hold it together after the shock of this sets in.
They can just use their criminal attorneys to file those for them, imo. I would imagine they can do that from their respective cells..yes?

I so agree lil... where has george been last few times casey has been out? sure lp said he is working again. but... seems he is hiding out .. maybe left already and staying at lee's .. Seems he can't take the heat.. so he is getting out of the kitchen.. have only seen one car in garage each time it opens. I feel when lee picked up george that day down the street he left then and hasn't been back..

so the family is "disputing the results", and they want to "point out" that Caylee has not been found. mmmmmmmmmmmmk???

certfiable, all of them. when will they learn the jig is up

Think Casey did the hoe down on LP lets see what he does about it with TP blessing.

I've been offline for a few hours -- server too busy.
What is the current status of LP, TP, the bail and returning CA to jail?

I need to reread that part because I don't recall the car being backed up to the dumpster. I thought it said it was parked in the spot next to it with the back of the car facing out. (As in normally parked)

I keep thinking back to that flurry of calls on the 16th, and I wonder if those were before or after the incident with Caylee. Like maybe her calls to mom and dad were to complain about a credit card being taken away or the threat of going to the police over GGMA or who can begin to guess why she might have been mad... And then the incident is in rage. I don't see the calls as "for help." "For help" if it was an accident is 911 before mom...

All the money they've had stolen, lost job, ruined vehicle, and they could even lose their home and health in trying to defend Casey. Of course, I couldn't even imagine to continue living there if I were them. On top of losing a grand daughter, that could lead to marital troubles and blaming each other for Casey's problems.

24. Casey Anthony; like the Village Bicycle, everyone had a ride.

I would think so, even after a period of time.

Your right, they will have to move, no doubt! The rest of it is a mess as well.

Funny how all the usual posters that sort of defend Casey, Cindy, and George are absent tonight huh?

Well... there was a brand-new poster that promoted the new story that ZG and Sam took Caylee in the Park with a 30-day Script.

while tying it to the Kio story.

The timing was impeccable! :)

Can you just hear the argument between the two of them yelling over cells?

Cindy: See what you've done? This is all your fault.
George: Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!
Cindy: Bubba, take the hose to him!

oops..
