Hello Everyone! I am a newbie. I feel like I already know so many of you from reading all of the posts.
I too have been consumed by this case and just like everyone else I was holding out hope for the safe return of precious little Caylee. This does not look like a happy ending. My heart goes out to George, Cindy, & Lee. I realize that people are suspicious of their behaviour and feel that they may have played a role in this, but I strongly disagree. I think that what we have seen from them is denial and grief. They know what is going on but will cling to any shred of hope their deceitful daughter will throw at them. They are victims of this tragedy too and they will need support to see them thru this. You know that they are closer to the realization and unlike Casey this will devastate them.
I honestly feel that Caylee was probably crying for Cindy when Casey snapped. Remember the flurry of phone calls? Why did no one answer her calls? I believe that it had just hit the fan about the stolen checks from the grandparents. I think that there is a possibility of Caylee crying during this time and with each unanswered call Casey made, the angrier she became. All it would have taken is for little Caylee to continue to cry out for her grandmother to push Casey over the edge at this point. It breaks my heart to think of little Caylee's tear stained face begging to see her grandmother. That would have completely enraged Casey and she lashed out.
This was no accident because you can be sure that if it had been, Casey would have been quick to call 911 for help, thus allowing her to become a victim of a terrible tragedy. It would also take the heat off of her for all of the theft. No, this was no accident, this was a sick twisted, form of revenge to spite the people who truly loved Caylee.
George, Cindy, & Lee, you are all in my prayers. Precious little Caylee, you have touched our hearts, and our lives will never be same.
WELCOME.. great post. I think the entire Anthony family needs a prayer at this point...
