I am ONLy going to accept what I hear from Tony Padilla with regards to the bond.

I am ONLY going to accept what I hear directly from LE, State's Attorney etc., regarding the results of all the testing.

I am a FACTS type person, need to hear it, rather than reading "sources close to the investigation. "

Oh boy, so LP is sharing a "private" conversation in the car as he drove Casey back to the house yesterday and now LEAKS this out to the public. I am sure Baez is very annoyed.

Well LP, if you didn't think you would be called in as a "witness" guess what, you are NOW!

Baez is probably PRAYING that TP revoke her bond so LP can stop leaking info about his client.:bang:

yep, both parents had access to the trunk, and Cindy was the last one to have the child. The car sat for several days before being towed, and then sat in the inpound.

I still say Casey is going to use her mom as an excape goat......then twist it all around that it was not her saying her mom had anything to do with the murder, but her attorney was saying it.

I have had this same thought for awhile also. Would Casey be cruel enough to try and blame Cindy??:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec:

ITA, even now, Casey can't do the right and loving thing for her child.

Casey is incapable of loving...love is a decision, not a mushy/warm and fuzzy feeling. Not saying she has mushy, warm fuzzy feelngs, either, tho!

NOPE, Baez is pleased for everyday Casey is out of jail and Baez is probably praying he can get more days with Casey.

Well, I am still a bit confused. From what I just read on the TP thread last night it didn't sound as if he is revoking bond. I do know, though, that things change from moment to moment in this case and maybe things have changed since last night.
It's not smart to even sleep in this case. LOL. Something new and exciting is always happening.
The one great piece of news would be CAYLEE IS FOUND.
Does anyone know if TES is still going to search?

Tim Miller was on Scared Monkeys Radio last night and I think he said he will be there late today to begin search by weekend.

NOPE. Look at it in another way, say it was the Anthony's that put up the bond money, do you think they would have a say in the matter?

I agree! Do you remember when Greta said " a source deep within the investigation" and then went on to report what Cindys brother had been saying? The impression was that she had gotten information from Cindys brother- who is NOT deep within the investigation. I was kinda surprised at how Great worded this.

Did you notice that on OCSO's site there is a Incident Report of LP "attacking" a band member on Sunday. They are claiming that LP said they were interfering with a murder investigation. Of course they didn't file a report until Tuesday.

On the other hand, wasn't LP supposed to still believe in Casey's innocence until Monday night?

Can't go for death penalty or life in prison unless there is a body and it was not an accident. That's all very far away right now, from what we know.

I know of someone serving life without a body.

Alot of "news" depends on "sources"....if they did not have them, we would not know alot. As for the bond issue...I some how don't think Leonard would have went with that if he had not already talked to Tony.
