One of the reporters today (on CNN, I think) said if Casey's bail is revoked, the bondsman can take her to the jail or LE would show up, handcuff her and take her back to jail.

Cindy says Casey is not going back. Will Cindy try to stop them?

I only thought Nancy Grace could be annoying till seeing this lady. I was ready to scream every time she kept picking up the 400 page report and flipping it every five minutes the other day. But she just seems phony and totally acting. At least Nancy sincerely gets emotional about this case like the rest of us...this woman is like the female Jerry Springer. I can't wait till she goes away.

OMG I know ... I told my hubby tonight that I really missed NG and her "dupli-color" green shirt ... never thought I'd say that!

I've wondered about this also. It makes me depressed to think there weren't these types of "warm" family activities going on and that what must have been Caylee's last day in her home was so friggin cold.

I think we didn't get any expansion on the morning of the 16th because they knew they'd get caught in conflicting stories. I don't think the activities people are asking about went on.

I'm not evencompletely convinced Caylee was alive at that point. And I'm definitely not convinced that George saw them leaving when he claims he did.

I realize it is hard on Cindy but look at what is happening now- Cindy saying Casey isn't going back to jail even as Padilla is saying he is revoking bail.

IMO Casey could look straight at Cindy and say "Mom, I killed Caylee." and Cindy would snap right back "No, you didn't,".

I hope another tragedy doesn't hit that household before Saturday comes.

I have said I don't see Casey as the suicidal type, but boy I could see a dramtic attempt if they do revoke it.

Dr. Donna, THANK YOU for being here, and for your expertise in this matter. I also agree that this was NO accident. I will be very upset if they cop some plea and give her a reduced sentence so that they can get the body back with her story of "it was an accident". I totally understand that it is EXTREMELY important to get the body back. From my spiritual view of the world, however, that is all it is - a body. Caylee is gone and in a better place. Casey needs to meet her justice, and probably end up in a MUCH worse place. JMHO.
