Yes I agree. We all saw the yard. It is small and very clustered with things it is simply impossible for anyone to try to dig there and actually bury something without being noticed.

I'm still not convinced that she wasn't hidden in the yard for two days within those very things. I used the term 'buried' but did not mean it literally. Caylee had a large play house w/ a door and a large dome cover on top of her sand box. I can see Casey leaving her under the sand box dome or inside of the play house for 48 hours until she came up w/ a better plan--no digging involved and those areas would not be easily disturbed by that tiny dog I saw of the Anthony's on Greta's show.

Mark is assuming it's the 18th.

From the transcript.
Now, there is new information also that tightens this timeline up. We've talked about the shovel, that right next door in that house right there, Casey Anthony went to that house and borrowed a shovel. It hasn't been disclosed what day. We feel it's important, and so does our source, that we tighten up this timeline so people that might have some information during this short two-day period, they might come forward because something that they passed off as information that was possibly not important now becomes important.

So this is what Mark is trying to do is make a theory that the day the shovel was borrowed as the 18th.
Casey Anthony went to that house on the 18th of June. So the 18th of June, we have the shovel that is borrowed next door from Casey Anthony. And then we move backwards. Now, on that day, June 18, there's also another flurry of phone calls, short, reaching-out phone calls

Greta last night was running on Mark's theory of the 18th that the shovel was borrowed.

The neighbor doesn't remember when the shovel was borrowed.

I have to disagree but you seem to be standing pat on this. I have it dvr'd and gave you the transcript. I can't do anything else.

Have we ruled out that the first batch of calls could be due to her being locked out of the house? Maybe they do what I do and hide a key outside somewhere, but she could not find theirs. Perhaps she did have access to the back yard, though not the house. Borrowed the shovel. Finished whatever she wanted to do there, put the pool ladder up so she could wash hands in the pool, then left (ladder still up and gate unlatched)

I haven't ruled anything out about those calls. Why was her family ignoring her is my first thought.

How do we know that? He/she probably gave LE the date. But a confirmation either way has not been made by LE. The closest we have is their comment of mid month.

The dogs hit on the backyard. I think it is very likely that she buried her daughter in the back, way in the corner, where they were searching. Also, I think there is a lot of credence to the drowning theory. Whether it was an accident or not, if this is what happened, that will not only explain the ladder being back up, but also the gate being opened. She may have exited so fast she didn't think to close the gate behind her. I'm sure if she just drowned her daughter she would be feaking out!

I was thinking that too until I realized that the drain plug on mine has come loose and drained water all over my trunk. I'm either going to have to get a new one or duck taping the stupid thing.

However, if there was a rubbermaid container or cooler... but she drops it (it's heavier than she thinks because of rigor mortis) and it cracks or something comes loose which

But getting to murder if she drowned or was drowned in the pool without a body would be rough.
I agree and even then after finding the body with 2 months elapsed already, it might be hard to prove the child was held underwater or drowned accidentally.

Try this one.

Thanks Absolut. That answers my question.

This is Mark's theory of the 18th, this is not FACT that is was the 18th, because Mark said originally ... "Casey Anthony went to that house and borrowed a shovel. It hasn't been disclosed what day."
Mark also says "We feel it's important (the day of the shovel), and so does our source, that we tighten up this timeline. This is when he Miraculously pulls out of the air June 18th

Okay, so if we don't think Casey buried Caylee in the backyard, then why did she borrow the shovel? Maybe she INTENDED to bury her there, and then thought better of it?

I think she may have had her hidden in the back yard though not literally buried. And b/c she returned the shovel in an hour's time I'm not sure she took it w/ her on her extended to trip to find Caylee's final resting place. My theory is that she may have used it to break the lock George had on the Anthony's shed and once she was inside that shed there most likely were other shovels as well as the infamous gas cans.

Either that or purposefully left the gate open. I recall Cindy saying on Greta's show this week that neighborhood kids would come in and use the pool so they never thought of locking the gate until now. Interesting, maybe Casey knew this too?

And if it's taped shut, then because of decomp and gasses, something's gotta give. KWIM?

You asked where he said the 18th, I gave it to you believe what ever you wish.

Just curious. Is Casey in a cell by herself in a secured area or is she in the general population? And what does she do all day? Are they putting her to work or is she just alone with the "lies" playing in her head? Anyone know?

Well.....my girlfriend had to do a weekend in the jail for a DUI a few years ago. We have a 'beautiful' new jail. She said she was given a blanket and a prison outfit to wear, no pillow, no magazines, no TV, no book, no music, magazines, no nothing at all. Totally the worst weekend of her life. He requests for any small thing was denied.

Yes, tell Casey that CINDY confessed and see if Casey would confess to protect her mother. Mind game.

This is what Casey would be doing in her jail cell once she got word that Cindy is taking the wrap :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Okay, thanks Chrisg!

Are you talking about my timeline?
http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67828

I haven't added it so far because we haven't gotten a confirmation from LE on the exact date. I can however say 6-??-08 based on the above quote. Would that be ok until we get a firm confirmation? That way it's at least in the timeline for now.

Yes, please. It is important to the timeline even if we don't have confirmation of the exact date. THANKS!

I Agree with you, but you never know his guess might be right.
