So Padilla says they have no reason to believe that Caylee is dead?

So many reports flying around, but I swear I read that they had NOT got the dna
results back yet...

In the same breath, he says they have more evidence. Can't quite figure it out.

I think that is like they have no reason to believe she is alive but it sounds more positive.

There are many reasons why I don't believe GP. But if my grandchild went missing and I knew where she/he was, I would enlist local LE., FBI, relatives neighbors, whoever and go get that child. I would be hysterical trying to get the child back.

So now we have GP watching the kidnappers. Why does he suddenly sound JUST as loopy as his slutty daughter?

The DNA has been in, more items were taken from the Anthony's house as a comparison, for an example fiber match.

well i think we all no that there is gonna be alot of fiber matches cause of how easily they can be transfered , i was just agree with the other post cause i believe that they did find caylees dna in the fluid taken from the trunk and with the cadaver dogs spotting the trunk so they now want to get more of a narrow of a time line and match it up to casey's whereabouts were so they can start searching the places where cindys cell phone hit the towers

Forensic Evidence By Terrence F. Kiely, scrolling down to page 268 where they are trying to appeal the case based on the cadaver dog and trainer (denied by the way but they had a lot of other evidence) it says there is not currently a test that can determine if a corpse was in a location. That is suppose to be what the Body Farms new technology is for .
Bit confused here, so I would have to disagree on the comment (there is no test that can determine whether a corpse was in a location.) The testing is based upon the evidence of DNA found. If matching DNA is found the body rested in a paticular location. That DNA would need to consist of naturally decomp/dead cells as opposed to living cells.

That was my understanding also. TY

Lovesbooks, I think it's just a bluff by George -- of course he doesn't have anyone watching any kidnappers at all. But just on the very, very slim outside chance Caylee is being held by someone, he wants them to believe that they are being watched and that if they harm Caylee, it will be known; that there's no way out for them without making their situation even worse, so they'd be smart to just release her.

If he really knew the actual physical location of Caylee, there would be no public announcement of it. He would have notified LE so that they could surveil the place and bring to bear all their vast resources to rescue the child. Nope, he's just bluffing, IMO...either because he wants to make sure he's done everything he possibly can for Caylee, even if the possibility seems outrageous, or so that Casey hears about it and sees her family is still supporting her in a big way (perhaps in hopes she'll give up some info).

Has anyone seen this report? The boyfriend says that during the 2-3 days in question of when they think Caylee went missing, the mother was fine, never mentioned anything about the child missing and acted normal.
Thanks for posting it! I hadn't seen these updates, especially the part relating Tony's perceptions during that period. Very telling, imo. :)

I saw this on Nancy Grace.
I don't think there is one friend that will say she (Casey) was distraught or worried during any of that time.

I'm sorry, but what a poor excuse for a human being this girl is! That is so disturbing to me. She loses her little girl, and then goes about day to day living as if nothing is out of the ordinary at all!!!:furious:

I am so disgusted with this family and there bull&^%t excuses and fantasy stories.

You know I have given this a lot of thought. I know some men who think of their daughters as "princesses" No matter what the daughter does or says the dad's of these women/girls think they are perfect.

I think George is one of these types of dads. He is just saying what he thinks he needs to say to protect his daughter if this goes to trial. IMHO.

I assumed they did, and did not get the results they were looking for, thats why they sent what they had to a more advanced place.

And that is what I have been asking for if anyone knows the name of this test I would be happy to be wrong. I have searched and searched for it and cannot find anything that says they can do that. If you leave blood somewhere it begins to decompose whether it was out of a body with a beating heart or not. They use to have a hard time with DNA tests because the longer it was before they could test the more it decomposed.

they havent released it, i think she's just going off we no its in even though there not releasing it

Remember that they said the results would not likely be released, so they may have a lot of tests back, just not talking about them.

I kinda think George is playing a game he does not want to play. He looks worn out. I think he knows and its more to the surface than just buried with in him. I think he is "afraid" to admit he knows its worse. Afraid of Cindys reaction and of course, the media.

Greta's taking us to Fusian tonight. I bet they're ecstatic to be getting the publicity now.

I actually think totally in the other direction. I think it will come out that both parents had a very , very strained relationship with Casey due to her lies, her behavior, etc. I think he is doing this BECAUSE he knows his daughter murdered the child.

yes, Tony L. is not going to be of any help to Mr baez's defense strategy.

I have the definite impression that Tony is not at all happy with Casey. He spoke with LE on the very first day of the investigation, and it's stated in the affidavit that he called Amy and urged her to call LE too. His statement about Casey not being the least concerned about Caylee during the time in question, is just one more indication that he's angry.
