I actually think totally in the other direction. I think it will come out that both parents had a very , very strained relationship with Casey due to her lies, her behavior, etc. I think he is doing this BECAUSE he knows his daughter murdered the child.

I think at this point even George doesn't know what George thinks, but I agree with you. I believe Casey has been a problem child for most, if not all, of her life and the relationship between her and her parents was very strained. It could be that they're only supporting Casey now for Caylee's sake. If they turn on Casey and Caylee does return, Casey would never let them see Caylee again.

RE: the cells, my understanding is that after death occurs, proteins stop working and amino acids form; putrescine and cadaverine form and would become part of the composition of the cell. If a cell just dies normally, it wouldn't show these amino acids.

IMO and only based on what I've been reading, but I may have this wrong!

What I can tell you is, if the dogs hit it was decomp. The dogs brought in were trained for that purpose. Various departments have many different dogs and their trained for a variety of things. Not all depts have the same dogs trained identical, as depends on their budgets.

I'm really hoping that if Caylee does return, Casey's parental rights will be terminated.

That is my theory also. If they had results that incriminated Casey they'd be all over her demanding answers. I also don't see any reason why they'd need to keep the information from her family, what they do or don't know isn't going to change the results of the tests. I think the test results to date have been very disappointing in terms of making a case for murder.

The Police can not demand anything from Casey, they aren't even allowed to talk to her. She has an attorney.
They are keeping the info private so Baez can't get a head start on the defense.

I doubt DCF would let any family member keep the child if she was found alive. I mean, have George and Cindy gone out from morning to night to look for this child? Have they begged the community to come and help search? What exactly have these grandparents done to try and find this child?

But just on the very, very slim outside chance Caylee is being held by someone, he wants them to believe that they are being watched and that if they harm Caylee, it will be known; that there's no way out for them without making their situation even worse, so they'd be smart to just release her.}

(I have been watcing many forums over the past two weeks. I am obsessed with this case.)
Every forum I visit I read criticism against the grandparents about their rant to others to go look for Caylee. Lots of nastiness about Cindy and the cameras.
Finally today, both grandparents are out and about.
Yes, they read the forums--and looks like they are behaving accordingly.

Hi. I was posting on the Newbie thread yesterday asking about the boyfriend, Tony L. I think he might know more than he is telling. The latest news article says that the relationship was unstable and he is not discussing that.

I would really like to know if LE is considering filing any sort of charges against George and Cindy. I wonder if LE is sitting back watching and waiting and sort of using a "give them enough time and they will hang themselves" type strategy. IMO, they are no different than Casey at this point. It's been one bogus story after another after another. I've had about all I can stand of this family.

Fully agreed. Although I am dying for the results, the most important things in this case are going on behind the scenes. IMO

:bang: But it appears to me that they are for sure not telling the truth, at least to the public. What they say to LE is a different matter. But I think they have already hung themselves many times over.

I defend the Anthonys all the time and my heart breaks for them BUT Casey has no say as a mother right now, her jig is up, even if Caylee came home tomorrow she wouldn't have custody

George and Cindy have not been found to be unfit. It's apparent to me that they love Caylee with every fiber of their being and they've provided a good home for her since the day she was born. I see no reason why they would not get custody.

:clap::clap: And the last part is just about how much sense it makes, imo.

This has been an ongoing problem with the Anthony's, in their despair of finding Caylee. First is was Casey providing all the code info. Now its coming from who knows where? Its very apparent, the Anthony's still stand firm on the story that Caylee was given to a sitter/nanny on the 9th of June, who then betrayed Casey but she was still safe. Now its Caylee may or may not be with the same nanny and is being held against her will and she is no longer safe. Question, where are they coming up with these theories? The last we heard per Cindy via Casey. Caylee was in danger immediately during the cryptic DNA info release, then all lines of communication were cut off via Casey per Atty. Baez as a council/request.

I think they may have some of DNA back from the car, possibly awaiting for the test results on the other items they took last week, Doing the air test, crossing their t's and dotting their i's and Murder charges are forthcoming. That is my thinking.

I think the official reports might not be in hand yet, but that they're probably getting updates from the lab and already know most, if not all, the test results.

I envision LE doing all sorts of things behind the scenes. Tracking down places Casey made purchases with her mom's card, trying to get surveillance tapes for those dates from those places; triangulating (if that's the right word) the cell phone calls to see where she was and when; combing the computer for clues, etc. I think there's a lot more forensic evidence than we've been privy to as well.

I have no doubt they're working it and working it hard and will put all the pieces together. Even if Caylee can't be found and even if Casey never speaks, there will be enough solid circumstantial evidence to build a strong case against her.

The truth is gonna come out one way or the other, whether Miss Casey Anthony likes it or not. She'd serve herself well to cooperate and beg for mercy before they've done all the work and no longer need her cooperation.

I see that high school graduates Lee & Casey are quite intelligent & articulate. As George is ex-LE, could Casey have been following missing persons cases?

How could a relationship be considered stable after only a few weeks. Those kids should have been going to a movie and sucking face in the back row, not hitting the clubs, grinding and shacking up. Christ!
