Okay, I think I see what you mean now. The evidence they already have isn't going anywhere so why tip their hand by telling her what they have? You think they're giving her time to think up more lies and bury herself deeper. Is that right?

Exactly. It would definitely be more useful in court to show how Casey had opportunity after opportunity to come clean and instead she kept spinning new tales. It would kill a sympathy defense.

That time frame could have also been when Casey went to pack her duffle bags full of clothing. Maybe she didn't want to have a confrontation with momma and was being sneaky and packing while they were gone.

Does anyone remember the date that Casey left a message on her friends Myspace page saying that she had not been living at the house for 9 days now... DRAMA she'll explain later..

Nancy Grace is talking about the theory of Caylee drowning and other things right now. Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere...

The drowning theory was in the local media recently. I think it's entirely possible only not accidental. MOO

And lets say that Caylee drowned. The LE could easily say that they gave Casey plenty of opportunities to say that Caylee accidentally drowned and she wouldn't come clean. Then it would look like maybe Caylee's drowning was purposeful instead of accidental.

Holly the friend is on Cnn and she said that casey is not allowing visits because everything is being taped. She also said that the family feel positive due to some new leads. A reporter was on who said that the attorney is trying to have the visits not recorded so that his client can meet with the family so she can provide them the information needed to assist with the investigation.

June 16th, the last day Caylee was seen, Casey is calling her mother at work and her cell. Cindy may work 9 - 5 (instead of 7 -3)

Why was there only 1 call to her father at 3:03 to his cell?

However on June 18th - Casey is calling her mother and father the exact same times that Caylee and Casey were last seen on June 16th.

Why didn't George answer the home phone at 12:33, 12:35 or 1:11 especially since he is watching his favorite food channel during that timeframe.

Casey claims she dropped Caylee with Zanny, somewhere between 0900 and 1300.

Those are Cindy and Georges dates, what we know so far Casey has never recanted her original story or time line. its 9th of June for Casey documented by her word, 15th documented/semi-verified for Cindy via LE and 16th for George documented by his word. Two are similar one is not.

June 17 is the day detectives said Casey Anthony borrowed a shovel from a neighbor of her grandparents. The same neighbor said she saw Casey Anthony strangely back her car up into the family's garage on June 18.

I'm looking at this 'flurry of calls' which doesn't look like anything other than maybe Casey wanting a babysitter or just agitated that no one was answering her. I'm more concerned with why NO calls are made/reported on June 17th. That's probably the most abnormal day with no calls for a girl her age and social status.

I find that interesting too. Is it that no calls were made on the 17th, or that the information isn't being released? I can't help but think of Scott Peterson, who also had a number of cell phones and always had one glued to his ear. He didn't make or answer any phone calls on the day Laci disappeared until he was ready to leave the marina late in the afternoon. The lack of phone calls was much more telling than any "flurry" of phone calls would have been.

Wait wait wait. We are missing the obvious, these call prove there is no ZG. Anytime that she would have been going to pick up Caylee there is no call to anyone that would have had her.

Someone needs to ask Cindy where the call to the babysitter is to find out where Caylee is.

Did Casey leave a voice mail for Mom at 6:33? If she did, and hadn't left any voice mails earlier, that could indicate that Casey was either arguing and being hung up on for a minute during each call earlier. Wonder why she wouldn't have left a voice mail earlier. I don't think there's any accident that happened. The phone calls to Amy, Jesse, and Tony wouldn't be there. I think a huge continuing argument over babysitting and money was going on.

The reporter also said that the attorney said today that they have evidence that some of the stuff on the warrent was not correct. But as of what has not provided correct information. She also said the police have offered for the family,the attorney and casey to come in and all talk with NO RECORDING, but as of yet it has been refused
