CASEY: It doesn’t always save to the SIM card. I think you are right about this being a slip on Caseys part. It is a likely time for her to slip up since Lee seemed to be catching her in a lie. Remember the sigh of relief Casey gave as she hung up the phone after the call? Great, now I'm going to be racking my brain trying to figure out what she meant by "after the fact". I know what fact I am inclined to believe but I have to search out an innocent reason for this.

Although Cindy claimed the shovel was borrowed from the neighbor for cutting down the bamboo in the back yard, I think that was a lie because .... didn't she tell this tale before it was revealed that Casey took the gas cans from the shed during that interview in their living room? I am under the impression the real reason Casey borrowed the shovel was to break the lock on the shed to get the gasoline in the gas cans. How else could she have broken the shed lock? It makes sense to me, anyway.

I was thinking about that last night. So a day or 2 after the "nanny" allegedly kidnaps Caylee, Casey decides, "Hmmm, I have nothing better to do and Fusian doesn't start hopping till 11, so I think I'll borrow a shovel from the neighbor and go whack me some of that darn bamboo, since Mom and Dad locked me out of their shed and I can't use their shovel."

Yeah...right.

Yes...I dug it up to share the thought with you guys...it has always bothered me. I posted that part of the phone transcript at the bottom of page 11 and highlighted what I was referring too. That comment was a slip due to her fast talking ways....imho. It has always stuck in my craw. When I use "after the fact" i am referring to an EVENT to hindsight regarding an EVENT. Y'know?

LEE: So this Black Jack where did you, you said that you reported it missing, give me the information so I can find this phone.

It is interesting, but I don't know what it means in the whole scheme of the conversation. She could be referencing the "fact" being her blackjack wasn't holding a charge.

I think it is compelling enough to shoot a quick e-mail to Lee Anthony. It may help him.

Since this is Casey, how can you tell if "after the fact" refers to an event or an earlier lie?

I do too but I think it is. She said it was a round table for the media. That just means a way for the media to ask all their questions and then be told they can't tell them anything. lol
