We have no evidence there was a dead body in that car as of yet! QUOTE]

True, no evidence of that yet, however I have more faith in the dogs then anyone else speaking in the family or not speaking, or who spoke and lied!

Well i try very hard not to form an opinion but the more lies get told it makes it harder for me to do so.If all the lies or misinformation hadnt been told it would be so much easier to not form a opinion.
Everyone has lied. Not just Casey. That's why I need to hear details, and facts. We have very few so far, except that Casey was partying hearty and we don't know for sure when those photos were taken.

Evidence, I need some hard evidence. Media spin on this is getting really bad, IMO.

Plea bargain would be Casey's best bet but I think that jury members can have a pre existing opinion, they are just asked to set that aside and judge on the facts as presented during the trial. Once you're seated, you cannot do any outside research on the trial.

I would bet that this jury will be heavily sequestered.

And, more than likely, Baez (if he's still he def atty) will request change of venue. To where, I don't know. This case is being followed internationally.

How do you know for a fact that there was a dead body in the car or that Casey thought any of those things?

Did you read Patty's sig line? ... whatever she posts ... like most all of us ... is just her opinion.

There would be no way I could do that. I just want to slap the heck out of her and she hasn't been proven guilty of anything! Nope, I am way too judgey and
emo.

Casey had no choice as there was a dead body in that car at one point. Leaving it there in the parking lot, knowing it would be towed in 2 days and then perhaps another 2 weeks before a letter would arrive at the house, gave her and someone time to dispose of the child. Two weeks is a long time to travel anywhere!

You're probably right. I just hope these are questions that LE has asked GA. This and so many other "little nagging" questions make me question family involvement in a cover up.

Everyone realizes she is only looking at 6 years max at this point don't they. Child neglect/endangerment. Not murder 1, YET!

The blue-dress photos are from June 20.

I could do it!

Me too.

I think people can be found who haven't formed an opinion. I know I'm one of them. I'm a fence sitter until I hear some evidence.

Maybe I won't be welcome here either?

I haven't really seen anyone get ragged on, except for the occasional spammer who gets deleted. Seems to be a pretty mellow bunch.

The two fellas that took the pictures, said the date is automatic on the pictures from Fusian and they remembered her.

Thank you. I did not read her signature line. I will keep that in mind from now on.

Well im new here but have been reading here since the news break on this story.I guess what i see is that everyone that gives there opinion of what they think happened always falls back to ( Why did the Cadaver dogs hit)
Its almost like they have held that strong as to( Caylee is dead) and was in that truck when NO evidence other than the dogs has proven that yet.

The fact that the dogs hit on the car, I am taking that one to the bank.

I don't think Casey was smart enough to think how long the car would sit before it was towed. Nor do I think Casey is even aware of a letter goes out to the owner of the vehicle and this could take ten days. But I do believe an ex-cop knows how the system works.

The body farm stuff.... taking air samples from a car that had been abandoned for weeks is grasping at straws. JMO.

It will take me a while to get over saying JMO.

No, I disagree.

The air samples look for putricene and cadaverene. If those are found in that trunk, then it's evidence that a body was there.

Combined with DNA from the stain, and it's evidence that the dead body was Caylee.

Gosh, I think it's near impossible to not form an opinion! (Maybe that's just me, though.)

Watching the videos of Cindy and George, I just can't help feeling that those two are in some deep grief process. I think the initial 911 calls were Cindy realizing that Caylee is gone...their subsequent behavior is serious denial. Whoever wrote the open note to the Anthonys yesterday was spot on when they suggested the family needs or is going to need some serious psychological care.

I can't blame them...I would NOT want to be searching for a deceased grandchild (OR child). I wouldn't give up on them being alive until I saw, with my own eyes, their dead body. :(

Those dogs have known to been wrong. Not those specifically, but the dog evidence can be blown out of court easily. JMO. It will help, if this comes to a murder trial, but it will be the totality of the evidence, not just the dog hits, that will make or break this case. JMO.

Arguments on this thread seem to shoot at anyone who presumes Caylee alive IMO. It may be a good idea if someone could start a thread where the ones who are looking for a live Caylee could post without having to defend themselves while they are trying to discuss their thoughts with others who are on the same line of thought. I am on the fence also. Who can open a thread for the Live Caylee sleuths?

Even though I do agree about the media. Those pictures were proven taken five days after Caylee went missing. There is a time stamp on each photo that is taken at fusion or any other place these men take photo's.

So you're saying George instructed Casey to abandon the car?
