True, no evidence of that yet, however I have more faith in the dogs then anyone else speaking in the family or not speaking, or who spoke and lied!

Everyone has lied. Not just Casey. That's why I need to hear details, and facts. We have very few so far, except that Casey was partying hearty and we don't know for sure when those photos were taken.Well i try very hard not to form an opinion but the more lies get told it makes it harder for me to do so.If all the lies or misinformation hadnt been told it would be so much easier to not form a opinion.
Plea bargain would be Casey's best bet but I think that jury members can have a pre existing opinion, they are just asked to set that aside and judge on the facts as presented during the trial. Once you're seated, you cannot do any outside research on the trial.
How do you know for a fact that there was a dead body in the car or that Casey thought any of those things?

Casey had no choice as there was a dead body in that car at one point. Leaving it there in the parking lot, knowing it would be towed in 2 days and then perhaps another 2 weeks before a letter would arrive at the house, gave her and someone time to dispose of the child. Two weeks is a long time to travel anywhere!
Everyone realizes she is only looking at 6 years max at this point don't they. Child neglect/endangerment. Not murder 1, YET!Plea bargain would be Casey's best bet but I think that jury members can have a pre existing opinion, they are just asked to set that aside and judge on the facts as presented during the trial. Evidence, I need some hard evidence. Media spin on this is getting really bad, IMO.
I could do it!
I think people can be found who haven't formed an opinion. I know I'm one of them. I'm a fence sitter until I hear some evidence.
Maybe I won't be welcome here either?

Did you read Patty's sig line? ... whatever she posts ... like most all of us ... is just her opinion.

We have no evidence there was a dead body in that car as of yet! That's why I'm holding my breath waiting to see what the forensics have to say.
The body farm stuff.... taking air samples from a car that had been abandoned for weeks is grasping at straws. JMO.
It will take me a while to get over saying JMO.

Those dogs have known to been wrong. Not those specifically, but the dog evidence can be blown out of court easily. JMO. It will help, if this comes to a murder trial, but it will be the totality of the evidence, not just the dog hits, that will make or break this case. The fact that the dogs hit on the car, I am taking that one to the bank.
I don't think Casey was smart enough to think how long the car would sit before it was towed. Nor do I think Casey is even aware of a letter goes out to the owner of the vehicle and this could take ten days. But I do believe an ex-cop knows how the system works.
