I'm still sticking with that time line also. Nothing else seems to fit.

just questioning the jesse call...and if the baby really was there or if it was a casey ruse... heck...at this point..who knows??? It is all so very murky.

I believed up until earlier today that LE and Lee had set those questions up...after I listened carefully today...I now think that whole call was staged not by LE, but by Jose!! HE is the one who set Lee up with those questions and he also set up her answers!! :bang:

sorry, should have weighed in earlier- I agree. He was scripted, imo. Should be interesting to see most recent visit.

Not in print from anyone that I can tell by google or other search engines. So I think you are correct. Outside of what is being said here and other blog sites...no confirmation from anyone.

it sure does! we are in..........the lull..... and how I hate the lull. Look how long the Megan Touma case was in the lull and they had tons of credible evidence without a grandma blowing smoke rings. I hope this does not turn into a Trenton Duckett!

We know LE verified the apartment was vacant with management. Did they actually enter it and check it out? Use dogs there? Anything beyond a cursory glance?

Does anybody have the exact date of the towing? It would have been on the correspondence sent to GM and GF. We don't know how long it had been in the parking lot but would still give us a better timeline.

The car was towed on June 30th.

Not at all! I have contemplated this a few times myself. I keep coming back to Cindy's for some reason. If Casey were at anyone else's house...she probably wouldn't care if Caylee was on the table if you think about it. But OMG if her mom found out she was on HER table...well think about it.

I'm sensing a trend of Lee possibly pulling away from the family though. His questioning was along the lines of LE or Atty, so it's hard to tell which side that came from.

"At any time".... I can't see him speaking to her like that on his own.

I did notice how he kept rearranging his question regarding if she thought Caylee was ok. That jumped out at me.

I went back to the beginning and re-read the arrest affidavit.

Casey claimed to have stayed at her ex-BF Ricardo's apartment since "the child went missing" (whatever date that's supposed to be now).

They also interviewed Amy, who is Ricardo's current GF and lives with him. She couldn't remember the last time she saw Caylee.

Sounds like Caylee was never at the apt with Casey, unless Amy is mistaken or lying. There are no statements by Ricardo in the affidavit (which is kind of odd, now I think about it).

So that leaves Jesse and his audio 'sighting' from the 24th, unless he is mistaken or lying.

It's interesting that a number of Casey's friends reached out to LE and "all claim she is a habitual liar". One of the calls was from Tony Lazzaro, the BF. Another was from Amy, the ripped-off friend. Another from Jesse, who is noted in the aff. as saying Casey is a habitual liar. Another was her BFF, Christine, who was surprised to find out Caylee was missing.

It's amazing that Casey had any friends at all.

Actually, it isn't just the lull! LOL Go back to any thread and look at what we were discussing. Here we have over 20 and they all say basically the same thing. I don't see where we are really gaining any ground here.

We can't get a timeline from anything she has said. We have to stick with the known facts. Her account puts it back to Father's Day and we know Caylee was definitely with Cindy that day.

YES I AGREE... and cindy was telling the truth without smoke rings, in my opinion, in the 911 calls....

That's what's had me thinking about it. There were rules in that home, I'm sure of it. Caylee climbing on the table there would be a bigger deal than her climbing on a table at some party/animal house.

No. That isn't what she said. Casey said she met ZG at the bottom of the stairs and dropped her off. When she went back she wasn't there.

My thought was if those questions came from LE...they would NOT have been perpetuating this fake nanny story AT ALL. They would be trying to trip her up. However, because it was all about the nanny theory...it had to come from Jose! Obvious deduction.
