The police report (public record): "He called me before I could call him. He mentioned that the defendant is a habitual liar. He told me that on June 25th, he received a call from the defendant who was trying to cheer him up over a recent job loss. She told him she was free this weekend if he wanted to get together. They used to date. She said that Caylee was with the "nanny" and they had gone to the beach for the weekend. After learning of this incident, he immediately called me to let me know this and now it contradicted with what the defendant had been telling everyone."

i cant really explain it. its just something doesnt just accept this puzzle piece - it seems manufactured in a way.... why did he take it upon himself, at this moment as he was leaving his job, to be a hero and correct the public record? if he hadn't spoken to casey in quite some time, why was she calling him out the blue to console him about his job? and if he thinks that she is a habitual liar, why did he go to the beach with her that weekend? i dont know. i used to think, if anything, jesse just adored her and would do anything she asked; it's all just so...convenient though. the paternity test, the DNA evidence, the testimonial evidence. i don't know.

I've been thinking there's more to Jessie's story too. He loved Caylee - Rev. said Caylee practically lived at his house for first year or year 1/2 - he wanted Caylee to be his. Maybe he's got a bunch of dirt on Casey - enough to put her in jail and have Caylee taken away from her for good. Maybe he tells her "I'm taking her and there's not much you can do about it - if I go down you go down. If someone really does have Caylee and Casey does not fear for her life and safety - she would have to be with someone who Casey knew well and trusted. Jessie fits the bill. Maybe she thought he would come to his senses if she could just wait the situation out. Maybe he feels Caylee would be better off with him. I'm only letting my mind wander.

One thing that's interesting is that when he first reached out to LE he told them about a call Casey made to him, but omitted telling them about a call he made to her the previous day. It was much later when he recalled that conversation, which is a little odd since he was the one who initiated it.

Not only that, she reported it stolen after she got it back.

And you'll notice Casey was not arrested for grand theft, auto or otherwise.

I think the threat to have her arrested for theft was to force Casey to tell her Mom where Caylee was.

I think until last month, Casey probably did leave Caylee at home in bed with her parents as free babysitters while she went out and did her thing.

She needed to come up with a substitute once she stormed off with a 2 year old in tow.

Also, she may not have been hitting the clubs on a constant basis before she started going out with a club promoter - the Fusian owner specifically mentioned her being there on Friday nights in June. Was she not partying as much earlier, or was she doing it at the alehouse and other places that aren't as well documented photographically?

I'm thinking Casey stormed off without a live two year old. I think Caylee died 15/16th and that's why Casey abruptly moved out.

July 3 – Casey's mother, Cindy Anthony, allegedly posts the following message* to her MySpace blog:

Current mood: Distraught
"She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. This entry on Cindy's MySpace is all about the problems they've had with Casey..........for a long time. Casey was lying, stealing money, all the while that mom and dad were paying all expenses for Casey and Caylee. Casey was given chance after chance to change.

When Cindy writes that Casey, "leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby", it points to a major argument between Cindy and Casey, and Casey just took Caylee and left. She may have waited until Cindy went to work and then took credit cards and whatever money she could find, and left.

I'd like to know...........did Casey take clothing for Caylee? Diapers (if she was still in diapers), Caylee's favorite toy? I remember Cindy holding a teddy bear and saying words to the effect that it was Caylee's favorite.

He didn't set to trip her up. He made sure that Casey had the exact answers he wanted her to give to answer the exact questions he wanted Lee to ask. They both were VERY scripted because Jose knew these would be released to the public. He wanted to put on a show.

Indeed we have, and I think it's common knowledge here now that Jesse is not little Caylee's father.

He is, however, a friend who had contact with Casey during the past month, and as such his comments are subject to the same discussion and speculation as her other friends who had contact with her during the pertinent time period.

I think the phone call can be discussed as long as we don't get into why it doesn't make sense. There could be numerous innocent reasons. TV in the background. Casey set it up. Who knows.

So you go back to thinking that Cindy knew from the beginning or was part of what happened to Caylee then?

That would be very telling as to whether Casey needed those items or not.

Was that the night of the Geraldo thing when he said (to my recollection) a few times that she didn't drink? (And all I could do was laugh thinking of the pictures) Do you know if he was questioned or gave details about when? As in was this at night ? That would seem logical (it must have been at night since that's when most partying takes place)...

But if so, I guess I find it odd that he didn't seem to find it odd that she would take a very young child to an environment where her mother (from how he made it sound) was always the one not drinking (as in everyone else was). Is he saying that everyone else was sitting around drinking/partying/talking and Casey sat there (supposedly sober) just "hanging out" and ...the 2 going on 3 year old Caylee was doing...? Being interacted with by...?

I'm thinking Gpa thought she was taking Caylee with her, the friends may have thought she was at home with the gparents (or a sitter) and in reality perhaps Caylee was alone somewhere? If they're all out partying who's to say she wasn't dropping Caylee off at one of the empty homes knowing they were out for long periods of time partying and she just joined in for awhile, before returning home with Caylee, and no one else being any the wiser.

I know - I know - but I almost wish this was the case - that Jesse has her secreted away somewhere safe. I'm not speculating he would harm Caylee. This would actually be a fairly decent scenario - unlike most others I can conceive of. Sorry for bringing it up though all.

After hearing the 911 call and gma saying she's gonna initiate the child thing. I think gma thought that Casey was still alive. I do not think that the gparents had anything to do with Caylee's death. I do however think that Casey did something to Caylee on the 15th/16th which prompted her to skiddadle out of the gparents house without warning.
