Attorney General wrote that attorney Jose Baez "had failed to show the trial court abused its discretion."

"A trial court's determination will be upheld by the appellate court 'unless the judicial action is arbitrary, fanciful, or unreasonable, which is another way of saying that discretion is abused only where no reasonable man would take the view adopted by the trial court,'" the Attorney General wrote in the response.

Baez wanted the appeals court to step in and help him get Casey Anthony out of jail. He was hoping to get another bond hearing for his client to drastically reduce Casey's current $500,000 bond.

"The court set out what it determined to be reasonable conditions for Petitioner's release, and Petitioner has failed to show that such action by the trial court was 'arbitrary, fanciful, or unreasonable,'" the Attorney General wrote.

Eyewitness News learned the results of Casey's psychological evaluation have been turned over to the Fifth District Court of Appeals and it will be up to that court to decide if Casey gets another bond hearing.

the cleaning out part is what bothers me. while cleaning out did he remove any evidence that could have helped. at the time he might not have been aware what was going on. it wasn't until after he got the car home that he learned caylee was missing. it would have been a natural reaction to clean the car out.

EXACTLY - and what would there have been to "clean out"? Oh yea - the rotting pizza. Wonder if LE - when they came and impounded the car - also impounded the garbage can where he (George) threw away whatever was in the car.

I'm thinking back on the night Cindy hauled Casey back to their home and dialed 911.

LE came and took Casey's statement. After LE left is what I'm interested in knowing about. Casey and Cindy went immediately to creating a myspace website.

WHO DOES THAT?

They should have been sitting there trying to figure out where Caylee was. They even had their wits about them enough to put that video of Caylee on the site for all to see.

WHO THINKS LIKE THAT?

IMO, They both went into defense mode immediately. I still think Casey confessed some things to Cindy that very night after LE left.

This may have something to do with Casey's non-nonchalant appearance and the smirk during her very first appearance in handcuffs. She had her mother on her side, even if it was her bad side.

This is their mistake...

Casey says she hasn't seen her daughter in 31 days (June 15/16). That was her first slip-up. They change the date to June 9th quickly which is on all the fliers and I think they did that on purpose. We just don't know what that purpose is yet. They had to know the real date was Father's Day, no way they could have forgotten that because they put the video of Caylee at the nursing home on the site that night.

Cindy only decided to give the ~oh yeah I forgot it was Father's day~ excuse AFTER LE figured that out and she couldn't deny that from the date of the video. If LE hadn't figured that out, she wouldn't have let them know any different.

Yes that bothers me too. Especially since he is Ex LE. When they picked up the car didn't they not know where Casey was at that point? If it smelled of decomp and they were afraid something happened he should have known not to tamper with possible evidence.

That would be funny, except that was my FIRST theory on this case. I wondered if possibly the father of Caylee was married when he got Casey pregnant and if he and his wife had been watching the lifestyle of Casey and decided to take her.

I once worked with a woman who had been married for 14 years and had no children and had tried everything to get pregnant. Her husband had an affair and got the other woman preg. He then went back to his wife, and fessed up. She forgave him and they kept trying over and over to get the child from the mistress.

As time as gone by on this case I disregarded this theory, based on Casey's behavior, ect. IF this was the case why wouldn't she just come clean with it and get out of jail???

It's even entered my mind that Cindy knew for awhile that Caylee was missing , they might have wondered "what to do" they may have come up with this whole far out scenario. Maybe, though I doubt it, all three calls were set up beforehand.

He can't ... he feels Casey's attorney didn't meet "whatever" but it still has to go in front of the panel of judges.

Ok now I'm confused. Will there be a bond appeal hearing or no? If so, what time and will it be televised like the first bond hearing?
