I respect your opinions, ss. You have a very kind heart. Unfortunately, I am of the belief that this family was not "in the dark" throughout this whole fiasco. They both knew what they smelled in that car and that both made that clear in statements that have been made public. I also believe that, little by little, this truth is coming out.

Thanks for your kind words. I have a feeling that much, much more will come out that will surprise all of us, no matter what our opinions are in this case. Bottom line is this case is CRAZY.

That's why there's an independent auditor/officer of the fund. The accounting of the fund has nothing to do with them.

There is no independant officer--it is all the A family to include the future mother in law--so the fund is about nothing but them.

The fund is the family. The fund has been paying their way in life since day 31.

We must all make difficult, painful and sometimes unwarranted journeys in our lives. None of us are exempt. The way we make that journey is our and only our decision. The trips will always be painful but we have the choice to make the journey either an honorable one, an unnoticed one, or a dishonorable one. The Anthony family is under scrutiny during their journey and they have made their choices. We all have to live with our own decisions and their results. They could have been such an inspiration. It only adds another layer of sadness to this case.

Ah EXCUSE ME - but this is FRAUD to be collecting money to FIND CAYLEE and if even a 1.00 came in they are subject to charges.

I have been on the phone with two Wacovhia execs for over an hour and just now their attorney called me to get a copy of the information where their bank name with the Hopespring address is listed. I can say, they are NOT happy at all about this.

I wrote Jody P over a month ago for a complete accounting under the Florida FOIA and have received nothing. I will be turning this over to the SA if I don't receive it within the time allowed.

This is the same thing which happened with the first attorney, but he did finally write me a letter with the pitiful accounting they posted. It did not meet his obligations as the trustee under Florida law, but so far, I have let it go because he did resign.

This is where our opinions differ as what you see as a poor record of truth I see as understandable denial and not wanting to accept finality until every last possible shred of hope is gone. I think that we may still see the thankfulness you speak of, at least I hope we will, but I do think that there are so many in this story who did wrong things or for the wrong reasons. It is because of this that I think the Anthony's situation is more exasperated and public. Things were handled terribly. They had a bounty hunter living in their house for crying out loud. Of course he had no other purpose but to exploit the case for his own personal gain. If you were writing this as a script no one would believe it. Do you know who I respect in this case? I respect two people and it's because they kep t their mouths shut and did the right thing. I respect Amy H and Tony L and that's about it. I have empathy for the Anthony's, but my respect is limited to those 2 people.

I stand by my "Poor record of truth" instead of understandable denial. There was nothing handled terribly by LE. Cindy is a nurse and knows science is exact. She knows what DNA is. Denial for a few hours or a few days but for 6 months....I can't buy it! She had not seen Caylee since June 15th...that is MAYBE when she could have had some denial....for the first week or so...

July 15th...Abandoned car...smells of decomp. Brings it home. Cleans it out. She washed her daughters smelly clothes. This daughter is an adult of 22 yrs...at what point does enabling stop, but I digress. Is this the first thing anyone would do when confronted with the circumstances? Then she goes on a chase to find kc. It takes about 10 hours since car found before LE arrives for a report....did any one lead LE to the car....I think not. Cindy is busy washing more clothes brought home from TLs. between cleaning, washing and erasing computers, the three Anthony's were inundated in denial,I suppose.

If your grandaughter was missing/abducted (just learned) and the car she was in smelled of decomp, would you be cleaning it,washing the clothes that were in it and working on a computer?

Bad handling? ..A BH living in their house?...He**l, they had a murderer living in their house!. A murderer who wanted to be home. A murderer who
refused to tell them anything about their precious grandbaby. Is this denial? Don't the GP's think it is odd that everything kc told them makes no sense. Why didn't they demand she speak. This BH put up 50,000 dollars to help locate Caylee. He believed kc would talk if she were in familiar surroundings. Upon his asking, she refused and told him, "Get out of my house"...did Cindy or George step in and correct kc....he** no..denial?? understandable? no. They sided with the Caylees's mom and kicked LP out.

As far as respect for Amy and TL, I don't know them. The fact that we have not heard from them is not a reason to earn my respect.

The alternative would be waaaay too much to bear. It's like if you have a loved one in the military and 2 uniformed service men show up at your door. Respectfully, this is a thread about a renewed effort for donations by the A family. What does this have to do with your theories of denial? I think you must understand that is not the point.

I think something should be done to stop them from CONTINUING to profit from the tragic death of this little girl.

I believe. by now everyone knows she has been found. Why are they still trying to sell T-shirts???

The t-shirts could have been donated to another missing child.
They have ways of removing the old print and replacing it with new.
Please ,do what you can to alert people that Caylee has been found and to donate to other "REAL MISSING" children that need every aid they can get.

What's next ..sell Caylee's clothes on ebay??

On my way home I listened to the local radio news. According to the news, emails were obtained between Lois and Cindy (alleged emails at this point because the reporter could not be 100% sure that they came from Cindy). The reporter said Cindy and Lois have had some tense emails in the past few days but the gist of the report is that Cindy allegedly wrote to Lois that she still believes that Casey could never have hurt Caylee.

So, unless those emails were phony, Cindy is still telling people Casey did not harm Caylee (in her mind).

I appreciate your response SS. My friend's husband was killed in battle and when the marines came to the door, she looked through the blinds and would not open the door. she waited three hours to do so. That is denial and I understood that completely.

She will go from "Caylee is alive" to "Casey is innocent" as her new mantra.

Whisperer, I posted a long time ago that I thought Cindy had been speaking of Caylee's birth and death in her July 3rd epistle (as I call it). That is immediately how it struck me when I was reading it for the first time. I will always think that.

Your the first person I heard of that saw that the same way I did.
