Okay This family has a proven history of NOT being able to fiscally handle their personal finances - so you want them handling donations from others ? I DONT THINK SO

There are judgements lawsuits and bankrupticies against them - handling
money is not what they are good at ............

There is every reason to believe all of this is an attempt to maintain
a steady income stream or to hide assets - ( beats workin )

If she really wanted to be charitable she would donate the funds
to a already established and reputable charity or foundation - there
are several in existence
But that doesnt provide enough prestige - power - control or soothe
a guilty conscience

You can expect alot more of this attention seeking behavior
by now she is addicted to the drama and without KC providing
it she will create it herself

Cindy has to quiet the voices in her head that only come in the
dark and quiet of the night .

I guess she feels the needs to create a foundation to satisfy that niche of people who don't believe TES does enough for MPs. Oh...that's just her.

Cindy could ask a third party who has no interest in making a buck to set it up and run it. She could remove herself & all family members from having ANY access to any money in a foundation. She could have a board that does include family help decide where the money goes.
She could build a wing at the hospital in Caylee' s name. She could build a play ground in Caylee's name. She could buy bibles or send church members to Africa to help children in Caylee's name. There are a multitude of things that she can do to honor her grand daughter & create something in her name. I think she should. I don't think Caylee should ever be forgotten. I just want it where her nasty, greedy hands can't touch the money.

Actually the name can't be approved officially until the corporation is approved. That only shows the name is not already taken. They most likely did not file a charter with the application and I noticed it did not show the fees paid either.

I should file a charter and take the name first thing Monday. ROFL!!

All any of us know at this point is that she registered the name. Do you know that she ISN'T going to have someone else run the foundation? Do you know that it will be set up in a way that allows HER to use the money? Do you know that it will be set up at all? Maybe she just wants to keep someone else from using the name.

Yes, she could do other things to honor Caylee, although I doubt she'd ever be able to afford to afford to built a wing on a hospital ...or she could set up a foundation. :waitasec:

Why don't we wait and see what she's planning before condemning her?

The problem is that it is perceifved by many that all Cindy wants is the money imo. A corporation or foundation has to be filed with the state and it has to have officers and by-laws. If she is going to set this up with herself as a sole proprietor, I don't think she can use Foundation in the name. Even a partnership has to be registered.

Cindy is doing what Cindy does. She makes up what she wants and assumes it is legal. She lies and calls it truth. This is money for herself to survive on while she doesn't work or she is setting up a defense fund for Casey which makes the Caylee name a lie. Even the Laci Peterson Scholarhip Fund gives out scholarships. What has Cindy said this money is for? She hasn't. She does nothing imo but try to get around doing anything legal or anything that might expose some truth.

She is greatly dishonoring her granddaughter ever time she opens her mouth imo.

Do you have a link to Cindy refusing to give Tim and item of Caylee's or accusing Tim of stealing from her? How about a link to Cindy receiving any money for interviews or selling photos? If you've seen no love or compassion from Cindy, you obviously have not watched the videos of her and Caylee together. Why do you think she's protecting Casey if not for love? What exactly do you expect her to be doing to help find Caylee?

A poster on another blog suggested that CA is doing this to prevent ZG from getting any money from her lawsuit.

I highly doubt that is the reason. I think a few of us do know the reason tho.
I wonder if she is ever planning on going back to work.

A (former?) poster here SAYS Cindy accused TES of stealing the money. That doesn't make it true. I don't know who got the money for the videos. 20/20 says they didn't pay for them. The Anthony's attorney says George and Cindy did not get a dime from them. Can you state factually who got the money or even that money was paid?

That is what I just said............she is going to get in a ton of trouble tying to bypass the courts and any judgment ZG will receive.

It's all about the money, bypassing the IRS would be quite convenient as well. Someday, everybody is going to see what is going on, instead of wearing blinders.

Tim was asked on NG if it was true CA refused to give him an item of Caylee's & he said yes. It is well know 20/20 & others do not pay for interviews but they will pay for "ownership" of photos & videos. Many of the photos you now see say ABC on them, they didn't before.
I have seen the videos of the Anthony's & Caylee. I think Cindy did love her........DID not DOES. I think Cindy & Casey both live in a world where no one from the outside really knows them.......what you see is NOT what you get. IMO she does not believe her daughter & is going thru the motions of being a protective mother bear b/c she thinks that what a good mom does, she wants to appear like she is just this awesome, loving person with this awesome, wonderful, loving, normal family. I think she is going thru the motions because she feels guilt. I think she is going thru the motions in hope the outside world would think they were such a good, loving, God fearing family it HAD to be some body from the outside that took that kid. IMO CIndy is a very cold person with no soul & I think Casey is the carbon copy of her mom. Some people are just evil :furious::behindbar

Ya know...this is what I WOULD like to hear coming from Cindy's mouth. I'd much rather hear how she's planning on setting up a foundation in honor of her granddaughter then her spewing venom at the public, the media, LE, TES...etc. But, I still think the timing is odd.

She COULD do all of the above. My crystal ball predicts that she will refuse to do any of it. She has to CONTROL based on her past behavior.

Many people set up foundations in the name of their loved ones, it helps to bring some meaning to the loved one's life. Would you condemn everyone who sets up a new foundation rather than contributing to an already existing one, or only Cindy?

Of course not - but I would question anyone with the questionable
ability of fiscal responsibility she has shown . Thats not opinion
that is verifiable fact, a matter of public record .

Wow, no one knows why this foundation is being set up yet everyone is already jumping all over Cindy for it. Perhaps it might be a good idea to wait and see what she's up to before jumping to conclusions. Wouldn't it be something if she's trying to set up a foundation to help missing children and plans to start it up with money the Anthonys received for interviews or media rights? Man, Cindy can't sneeze without someone questioning what her evil intentions were in grabbing for a tissue.

Just look at the track record. Not working, living well. This is the ticket to ride. If it was any other family, there wouldn't be these suspicions.
There must be a reason so many people see the light.
