if cindy puts in the money from book deals etc into this acct it will be tax free and also then cindy can run around and say she did not directly profit off of caylee...............

its all about greed and attention cindy needs it all

Not understanding this Stark....if Cindy puts the media money into the foundation to be used for missing children - doesn't that mean she did not profit off Caylee?

Foundations like these are normally based in honesty and truth.

I think this is a horrible idea -- unless the foundation is going to donate money to new research medications that will stop people from lying.

Normally groups like these have a mission statement. If theirs is going to be, "Our granddaughter was kidnapped by a babysitter -- so our mission is to help families . . ." -- How can this work? They can't even face reality in their own situation.

This is a colossal mistake.

Perhaps the timing has to do with the fact that NOW is when the money is being donated and that internet posters harassed the people who were running the trust to the point where it had to be shut down. Who knows?

Internet posters did nothing but ask for an accounting. Many Florida taxpayers asked for the same thing. That is totally legitimate and if she opens this as a charity it will ALSO be open to anyone who wants to see the books. If she does not want transparency then she needs to STOP collecting money for a dead baby.

Many people set up foundations in the name of their loved ones, it helps to bring some meaning to the loved one's life. Would you condemn everyone who sets up a new foundation rather than contributing to an already existing one, or only Cindy?

No, I'd only condemn someone who was responsible for the care of an innocent child, that completely turned her back on that child by allowing her to be left to the devices of a person they considered to be a sociopath.

Then giving that sociopath shelter and comfort after she allowed the child to put in harm's way, and the child ended up missing after there was documented evidence the sociopath stole people blind and lied to LE officers on tape.

I would most certainly condemn that person for running right out and developing a foundation, especially if they did that in lieu of say..actually trying to find the child's remains instead of allowing complete strangers to do it,...and honoring the memory of that child by giving her a proper burial.

Caylee deserved MORE than some half-baked foundation that CA can reign over. She deserved a DECENT foundation beginning the second she was born, in the form of a responsible person to love her, teach her right from wrong and protect her.

Exactly. She wants to strike when the $$$ iron is hot, so to speak. THIS shouldn't be her priority.

Both the law firm that administers the fund and the bank where the money was deposited said they're backing out.
Attorney Paul Kelley of Bichler & Kelley PA said he's saddened that his law firm had to make a decision to stop administering the trust fund connected with HelpFindCaylee.com.

Kelley said the trouble started when SunTrust Bank told him they'd been getting harassing e-mails from people critical of the fund, and the bank was shutting down the account. Kelley said his firm got some of those same e-mails.
Kelley said he won't reveal the exact amount in the fund, but he said it wasn't much and that what was spent so far was used to pay for search-related items, like posters and water for volunteers. He also said he can account for every penny spent and that none of it went directly to the Anthony family.

20/20 mever stated they did not pay GA/CA anything. IIRC they stated they didn't pay for the videos themselves. It is common knowledge how they get around that is paying for the "rights" to the pictures. They never admitted to anything either way as far as payment for picture rights.

I personally saw the emails from and to Monoxide from CA's email account. Screen shots of the emails. In those emails she MOST definitely accused TES of stealing $300 from the Caylee fund.

Emails can be doctored. Tell me how anyone knew that there was $300 in that donation canister.

Not at this time, I agree. If months down the road she did this I think a lot of people wouldn't be so disfavorable about it. To me is unfathomable that someone, anyone, could think of this during a time when your grandaughter is out there, God knows where and your daughter is sitting in the big house accused of Murder 1 and a string of other charges.

From what I have heard it was much more than that. The only thing people wanted was an accounting of the funds. They are a matter of public record and if Kelley's firm did not want to make that available then they should not have set up the trust to begin with. It was my understanding the bank shut down the account after there was an inquiry from LE and the state office which oversees these.

Actually according to the email TM told CA, " it was ONLY $300" so one can think he counted it, deposited it into TES.

Also IIRC Monoxide was one of those in the forefront with all the investigating of the Caylee fund. He sent one of the paypal payments in which LA told them to deposit in his personal pay pal account. I believe Mono b/c he has some credibility to me on this site. He has no reason to "Doctor" anything.

Well said:clap::clap:We all know Cindy is not much better at truth telling than her daughter. I would never ever give a dime to ANYTHING ran by them. I would give it to TES & others first. It is not the public's fault they do not trust her. Karma is a bi!ch.
