No one is going to need a 3rd autopsy. The 2 autopsies - one for prosecution and one for defense are more than enough to satisfy both sides. By that logic, no murder victim should ever be cremated and that just doesn't make any sense. There is no doubt in my mind that Casey will be convicted and that she would have been convicted even if the body was never found.
I respectfully disagree. My aunts wishes are to be cremated, does that mean that if she is murdered that her family should not carry out her wishes?, because it doesn't make sense?
