FWIW, If in fact this person was hunting on a piece of land with all that has gone on...I could see LE wanting to search that land.JMO.

Because JI would wonder what happened to them. JMO

Unless you own your own land, hunting is an expensive sport. A deer lease where I live is $$$$$$$$. Wonder where he was hunting, who owns the land, what was he hunting, does he have a license, did he tag anything, did others go with him, how did he get there??????????????

Didn't even think about all of that. I'm not a hunter, nor, do I have anyone close that hunts. That is good info to know though. Thanks.

Yeah, I know when I lived in Missouri most of the hunters I knew would hunt on their own land. If not, they knew someone with land. So perhaps LE can verify with the landowner whether Dane was there.

If this hunting trip is true, I theorize LE is gonna be crawling up every orifice DG has....jus sayin'.

If we're only speaking of the cellphones, I think it is possible for someone to dispose of them within a 1/3 mi. radius of the house in 15 min. It looked, from the search with the bomb squad truck, as if LE thought at least one of the phones was very close to the house. My question is, could it be possible to pull the cap off one of the posts on the chain-link fence, drop the phones inside, and put the cap back on?

Wow, good thought. We had a chain link fence once and on the posts on either side of the gate both caps came off easily, sometimes if the gate was shut hard, one cap would just fall off.

How can it be proved you were in the woods hunting and not somewhere else .And my ex is a hunter. He never goes for a week. At most a couple days.

Sorry for being skeptical but he receives a call from LE and suddenly goes on a week-long hunting trip? I thought MW said he was waiting to move into a new apartment. This is a guy who is a wannabe urban dj. He has guns, but not the kind you go deer hunting with. Who'd he go hunting with and where? Guys don't go hunting for a week, let alone by themselves unless it is like an expensive hunt club. Here in Virginia you have to know someone with land or belong to an expensive hunt club. I guess he could have gone up to South Dakota or some place like that? How's he get around? Does he hop trains? Remember this is a guy who apparently didn't have his own cellphone and needed a place to stay. What happened to his girlfriend?

But the woods have been searched extensively from what I understand. If she was blackout drunk (some believe, some don't) how could she pull all this off in 15 minutes w/o a trace of Lisa or the phones? I just don't understand. I also don't know if I could call on anybody, friend or family, to help me dispose of a body; nor would I help anyone.

I really feel like Lisa is still alive somewhere. I think at this point, she is not really close either. I think that may be why LE/FBI was so willing to check out the NY thing too. That said, I am not opposed to the DB did it theory... I just don't know how she could have pulled it off w/ no traces left. Just very confused here and thinking out-loud.

I think the case stems on the phone activity. I believe the calls were "attempted", but if the 11:57 call didn't go through then why does LE want to talk to Dane again?

Especially a baby! I have 3 sisters that I'm very close to and I know that not one of them would help me dispose of my dead baby. I can't think of anyone that would help me do something like that.

It's possible, but it's been stated that the whole area had been combed with metal detectors, multiple times. I would think one of them would have caught something.

I can't speak for those who firmly believe DB is guilty of something, but IMO if you do believe that (I'm personally on the fence), I don't see how you can accept the drunk part of the equation. Knowing the times of the calls (assuming they are accurate), it is nigh impossible to do this and cover it up in such a way that nothing substantial has been located while being piss drunk. The 15 minute windows between the last vm attempt and when JI walks in the door make it rather difficult for a sober person.

DB does not look like a sprinter.

Chain link fence posts are metal, so a metal detector wouldn't work in that case. Most of the ones here on my block are less than 2" diameter for dog fences, however some industrial type fences have 3"dia. posts or larger.

Unless that someone also felt they were culpable. I still wonder about SB. We know nothing about her, what she has said and she seems to be sticking close to the family.

All MOO. .. but it has occurred to me that DB and SB gave something to baby Lisa that night. . .alcohol? And if that led to an accident and BL's death, SB would be in it up to her neck. All very much MOO. .. but I also think it's possible for DB to have convinced JI that he was somehow culpable. Did he give BL some medicine while DB was on the wine run? Did she convince him that he OD'd BL?

Idk. . .seems kind of far fetched, but not anymore far fetched than any of the other ideas floating around about this case.

I'm not convinced that the phones and BL went missing at the same time. That would make this timeline basically moot and along with it the theory that DB only had 15mins, etc. It makes sense that BS et al would jump on it claiming that it proves the parents are innocent though.

Am I mistaken or did the parent's legal team use the analogy of a baseball field's width to describe 1/3 mile? Baseball fields are nowhere near this wide. The whole stadium isn't even that wide. 1/3 mile is 1,760 feet. The width of a typical baseball field might be 500 feet. That's pretty generous, really.

I'll have to go watch those videos again. Maybe they were describing something else such as shape instead of dimension.

The 15 mins really has nothing so much to do with BL. The discussion earlier had to do with the ping maps and how these phones were pinging in the same area. Well, at some point they got to stop pinging. So DB had 15 minutes to dispose of one (or more phones) to the point of (so far) not being found in that same area and then get back to the house and in bed before JI walks in. And she would be doing this not knowing when exactly JI was coming home.

Fox just had PI Ron Rugen on about the 11:57 phone call. Total waste of time. Nothing we didn't already know. Why bother?

I understood it to be the shape of the area, not dimensions.

Unless it wasn't DB disposing of the phones. I'm not convinced that it had to be her.
