Cell Phone Activity Timeline as of 11/11

It was either that morning or early afternoon iirc. That he got rid of the dog seen by a couple witnesses I believe . Which shows very clearly he was up to something. I think it was prearranged but probably not well. Either he was out for sick kicks or revenge or had an accomplise to sell the baby I'm not sure. But all the phone activity on that night on MW phone and the text erased could be him trying to make arrangements while jersey does the grunt work. He had the sprinkler house which witnesses said the bald man with baby went into! He could have left her there and went to do anything else that he wanted. He messed up by stealing the phones too. But apparently they are gonna try to blame that on DB too somehow. I read an article that says most thieves take phones for their own personal use. He tried to use it IMO and with no service probably just were no use to him ,and he destroyed the evidence. This theory includes all sightings the dumpster fire with the burnt clothes, the call. The other sightings of him doing strange things in the neighborhood etc. the theory with DB might be hard to figure out cause it makes no sense. This is my opinion but it's the only thing that works

As far as I know, the most accurate account is that, at some point in time, the neighbors dpog was stolen and she suspected Jersey. That's it. No time given, no witnesses seeing him with the dog. Feel free to correct me if I missed something. Maybe I did.

Jersey's disposition docs are visible. His case involving tampering with a motor vehicle was heard on nov 15th and was continued. new date is nov 23rd.

Ask Dr. Know what he was talking about. I'm going off what he said. I do think it's odd that Jersey is still in jail when he could be out on bond.

I think both Dane and LE are telling the truth. According to MW, and some local reporters, LE spoke with Dane pretty early on. So he goes away on a hunting trip or whatever, and LE doesn't know how to contact him. They are looking for him in order to follow up on a few things. In Dane's mind, they HAD been talking, since he'd already spoken with LE prior to his trip, and it wasn't like he was avoiding them or anything. So, both versions could easily be true.

He was specific to say 'the whole past month'. Could be a misquote, but as it reads, he's seems to say that LE has been in contact with him the whole month. Plus, if LE had been in contact with him up until his hunting trip, why make it a point to tell the media they would like to talk with him? Why say we believe he might have some information we could use?

The thing that holds me up on Jersey is the fact that he is in jail and ime, people in jail are far more willing to make a deal to get out or get less time. I'm sure LE has told him, if he is involved and he tells what he knows they will cut him a deal. It's SOP. If he knew something I think he would tell it. Unless he is the only one involved. If that is the case then there would be no reason to implicate himself since LE seems to have nothing at this point to be able to charge him.

I'm not saying I think this is what happened, just saying that being in jail isn't always enough motivation. That would only serve as motivation if he knew without being a major player.

ETA- I actually personally think the privatization of documents in his case, insistence on him being nothing, all make it possible that he is talking though. But then maybe not.

I think both of these were addressed in one of the interviews with the neighbor named Mary.
I don't have a link, but I saw it on GMA one morning when I was getting ready for work.

IDK, I don't know what LE has or doesn't have on Jersey. As I said, in my experience, it is much easier to get someone to turn over on others if they are already in jail. The first to talk usually walks, or at least gets a much lesser sentence. But that only works if LE has enough to tie you to the crime. If they are just fishing and have nothing to go on then yes, it would be foolish for Jersey to tell anything. IMO, there are only 2 reasons for him not to tell what he knows, #1 he was not involved and LE has nothing to tie him to the crime. #2 he is the only one involved and there is no one to roll over on. If LE has no bargining chip then that is all moot. Moo.

He only stayed there, to my knowledge, a few times. I haven't heard from anybody that he actually lived there. I know a person who lives next door to that house, that never knew of Jersey.

This came from the interview with the fur cap guy. I thought he did say Jersey lived in the house across the street. Either way, it gives DB and Jersey access to get acquainted with each other.

If this is accurate, Dane was on a hunting trip for a week and returned to find police wanted to question him again. He is not a suspect. He is returning to Kansas City.

The missouri inmate locator does not show Jersey as being in jail. I guess someone bonded him out. could be I'm reading it wrong.

I'm thinking he probably went with his Dad and/or other family members. I know the guys in my family all get together and go. It's mostly Dads and sons, the Dads do the paying (as usual).

He has one now, he was texting the reporter on, could be someone else's though. We don't know if he had one previously or not. If he did, why would he use MWs phone? Maybe he didn't want to burn through all his minutes? Strange. :waitasec:

Yea, the bigger mystery to me is was he supposed to have the phone that night. And if that's the case, was he expecting a phone call (which he never received)?

IMO LE knows a lot more than they are saying...and I think all of this phone business has everything to do with it. They are allowing these people to hang themselves.

I would bet my life that LE Knows where the phones were when the call went through and I even think they have a good idea who made the call and who answered the call. It wouldn't look so bad if all of the history had not been deleted for any of the peeps on the other end.

I also wonder (I know an unpopular thought) if LE has told the parents to NOT talk to the Press and with the press releases they are putting out about the parents not answering "vital" questions I think are being done so those responsible for BL feels safe...Not sure if any of this makes sense but for some reason I have a very strong feeling about this...

My prediction? An arrest will be made within the week and it won't be the parents...I still think Jersey is involved and I have a strong feeling that MW is involved too...too many lies and untruths from her pointing the blame elsewhere.

If this was coming from a smart phone...the one that DB took the picture from...then wouldn't the GPS show exactly where the phone was that night but all we hear is about call pings etc and call logs and about 1/3 mile radius from DB's home...sounding like FBI is only giving the Attorney information from the calls using triangulation...

Using the GPS theory in the phone then Yes LE know exactly where they were up until the batteries are pulled.... JMO
