They are good, that's for sure.

It hadn't even crossed my mind that she could be pregnant. That would be the more likely scenario. I personally can't imagine that Cindy really thinks Caylee is alive.

O/T Administratively they have canopies and covered areas for registering the up to 1000 people expected on Saturday. There are many functions with TES that don't involve walking or even the heat.

I'm going back in my history tonight because I read about 3 hours ago that Cindy had found a pregnancy test that was positive and Caylee was indeed pregnant and I have never seen that before! Let me go find that link!!!

I hope DCF is prepared to handle this case, they have been a mess in Florida for several years now. A royal mess!!! In the news for screwups left and right, the heads of the depts resigned several times and many fired over the past few years.

Well at least they can't blame what happened on DCF, oh lord unless there is some DCF issue that came up when the Anhtony siblings were children.....

I'm a newby here. I just posted the other night regarding my ordeal adopting my 2 granddaughters. I spent five years in family court watching the case of my granddaughters and lots of others and I believe DCF can ask for an emergency hearing to compel her to tell where the child is or to be held without bond in contemt until she does tell. Just a thought, I hope someone puts an end to this.

This may be one other way of keeping her in jail, holding her in contempt. Without bond. I, for one, don't want to see her out again until there are some REAL answers.

One thing's for sure: If Casey's pregnant again, she won't be able to keep it secret for 7 months this time! Hopefully, DCF will take it away as soon as it is born!

*snort* Just make sure you don't pronounce the 'g' at the end if you say it to give it real Utah flavor. I grew up in Bountiful. I am known to throw around 'flippin' to make my DH (who only lived there to go to the U.) :laugh:. Otherwise no one 'gits it.

As to the idea of Casey being pregnant. I think you could be onto something. Dear heavens, please no. Just. Please. No.

If she is indeed pregnant, it won't matter in the scheme of things. She'll just be pregnant in jail. And if she is, I hope dcfs would take that baby as far away from that family as possible.:banghead:

A crazy idea just popped into my head. If Cindy still believes that Caylee is alive, could it be possible that she is trying to get custody? Could that be a reason for the meeting with an attorney?

The attorney that GA and CA hired is a criminal defense attorney. He would not handle anything pertaining to family law.

So this lawyer isn't a "media lawyer" like has been suggested?

If that is so, the timing is very suspicious because of what LP has hinted at.
