while watching Headline News this AM, the reporter kept saying that Casey had been charged with Child Abuse.....Robin said it 3-4 times when they were doing their morning show before 9AM. Is this an additional chrge? or did they just step-up the neglect charge?

9 a.m. Department of Children and Families spokeswoman Carrie Hoeppner said more than one person has contacted the agency with concerns about the welfare of Caylee Marie. Hoeppner said the case has been open since the family reported the toddler's disappearance in July.

Two DCF officials met with Anthony at the Orange County Jail Thursday. "That meeting is a normal part of any investigation. DCF officials are obligated to meet face-to-face with a parent who is being investigated for alleged child abuse," Hoeppner said. "Any information that we might obtain in our investigation will be provided to the Orange County Sheriff's Office in the hope of locating this child."

Did anyone read the last few paragraphs of The Orlando Sentinel story concerning the search of George's car. Apparently there is a child abuse investigation concerning CA!!! I cut and pasted the following two paragraphs from the story.

"Meanwhile, a Department of Children and Families spokeswoman confirmed Friday that the state agency has an open child-abuse investigation involving Anthony.

Two DCF officials met with Anthony at the Orange County Jail on Thursday. "That meeting is a normal part of any investigation. DCF officials are obligated to meet face-to-face with a parent who is being investigated for alleged child abuse," agency spokeswoman Carrie Hoeppner said."

IDK if this has already been mentioned or not but wasn't there some friends of KC (or A friend) that thought that they seen bruises on Caylee at one point? I never heard anything else about that but wanted to know more.Anyone got any links for that info or am I just imagining that info?

I remember hearing that because Cindy responded "I got bruises on me too! Was I abused?"

Not sure about who said it or links related to it though. Seems like there was some bruises in a picture but I suppose little kids get banged up all the time on their own

There was a story that 3 days before Caylee's disappearance, Casey brought her to Fusian! And how the patrons felt it was inappropriate for the toddler to be there. IMO Casey gets her self worth/attention from Caylee and the "babysitter" was the chloroform.

And another story about Casey taking Caylee to adult parties & little Caylee being drowsy on the couch.

Maybe the "evidence" in George's trunk was the actual bottle of chlorofom?

Yeah that would be really nice......I read those comments about Caylee going to adult parties too and sleeping through everything........I wonder why? Perhaps this was a hint

I still think that "Zanny the Nanny" could have been xanax.I have seen it's effects on several friends and there were times they were literally like zombies(it seemed like someone else was operating their bodies)and there were weeks that they couldn't even remember.And during those weeks they actually drove around in their vehicles and didn't even remember THAT.All I am trying to say is that IF that was something she was doing then she very well may not remember whatever it is she did.And I am not saying that makes it right.I just think it is a possibility.I wonder if any of her friends have said anything about her taking any meds. And as far as the chloroform,IDK if she was making meth with with it or putting little Caylee asleep using it.Maybe it was both.Wouldn't put it past that whench.

I how no idea if she was prescribed anything it just seems funny to have a nanny named Zanny that nobody ever even met. I wondered if any of her friends have mentioned anything along those lines. I could see that coming out in the future or during trial.
