CA is toxic, venimous, she beats to her own drummer..I don't believe she will try those same antics she did at the Morgan depos...In her mind, it being a civil suit, she can do/say/act as she pleased. One thing is, Judge Belvin Perry, Jr...will NOT accept that behavior. He's a stickler for procedures, to follow the rules/laws/by laws and demands civil behavior. There will be no gum chewing, no cow curd, no rolling of the eyes...she must practice in front of a mirror...she must be on her best behavior, which, IMO, will be very hard for her...JMHO

I also agree, she may want to double up on her meds this day...JMHO

Amy deserves a standing ovation and a college scholarship and not necessarily in that order. God bless the kid, she has behaved with an enormous amount of self restraint. You can safely assume every rag and normal magazine has approached, frankly the networks too with offers of thousand and thousands of dollars to sell her story. To her credit, her huge credit, imo, she has not. What you remind me of that Cindy did by not giving Amy that money knowing how she was "homeless" and just crashing with friends, and that her daughter wiped out her bank account of every penny the girl had to her name....wow.. I do not have the capacity to put a word on that behavior. I say vile all the time. It is the worst of the worst.

The judge quickly helped him answer the damn question.

He wound up proving up the state's case completely in opposition to what Mr. Baez had been maintaining to the court. It was priceless.

Thanks TWA. This is one of them. The one I am thinking of was after Caylee was found. Probably in the Jan/Feb 09 timeframe. I'll go hunt for it.

I can't for one minute believe that the question was never put to Casey from any of the defense team ~
I would think it would be pretty much standard procedure, while getting background history and the story of your life.

Maybe they were wanting to use it as a "surprise" at the last minute, and because those letters came out, they were forced to acknowledge it.

George wrote the letter to Casey on March 25th. It is possible that the mitigation specialist (is her name Jean something?) has talked with Casey about it or Casey told her about it. They seemed pretty close when hugging. There is no telling what all Casey actually did tell her.

Maybe George wrote the letter to Casey after Baez and Mason told him that the molestation allegations came up again with the mitigation specialist.

Jose did say that he had not had a chance to read the letters when he was asked about it.

Anyway, I am still reading and catching up but wanted to comment on this. Maybe Baez and Mason wanted to ask George if there was any truth to Casey's allegations and warn him at the same time that it came up.

I do not imagine that anyone in Casey's family is very happy right about now. It either did or did not happen, and we will never know which, IMO.

Casey knows exactly what she has done and what she has caused.

He tried hard to find a reason to believe Casey and he did track down all of her false leads and fake phone numbers and in short order figured out they were all lies. Neither he nor Cindy are going to be asked how they feel about, only factual information, what did Casey say, what did mom say, in what sequence, that is it. He is not going to be on the stand for hours as he may be at the trial, this is just to give the judge a sample of what he will testify to at the trial to see if the tapes can come into trial or not. This isn't the full on, it all started when Casey was a baby story. I am holding out hope for Lee. If you contrast what he said to police, in the civil depo and state interview....with what mom and pop did....you'll know he does try to tell the truth. We cannot say the same about mom and pop. Has he been misguided and confused by all of this? Of course. Has he shown up for one hearing or went on interviews covering for her? NO. So unless he proves otherwise I am holding out hope for Lee to take the stand and tell the truth. I am !

When it comes to the hearing on the 15th, I don't believe Cindy will be able to maintain a "media-coached" and "controlled" countenance. Her utter disdain for the Prosecutors and LE are going to leak out and that massive conspiracy chip on her shoulder is going to show. Remember now...."Casey was framed". LOLOLOLOL!!!!

With George having gotten up and walked out of the courtroom when Mr. Ashton started talking about how Caylee may have died, I really don't expect him to be there on the 15th. He would probably get up and walk out at some point if he were to show up, IMO.

Will the 911 tapes be played before the questioning begins? I do not know how this hearing will go.

Then River shared with me the fact that Cindy had a Freudian slip on camera on a news show where she spoke about Caylee being in the WOODS. River then emailed me the link to a video which documented this. This was at the time when the WOODS weren’t even a consideration because everyone was out searching for Caylee everywhere possible.

As I watched the video, in light of what River said about George and Cindy knowing what happened to Caylee , it appeared now make even more sense to me. There as Cindy talking about WOODS when people were just searching for Caylee and wondering where she was. Then Cindy backtracks with “uhms” and “like you know out there”.

I was looking(and still am)for that interview and found the one regarding the camera and tripod...I had forgot they did that, in fact they have done so many outrageous things in this case it would take a whole bunch of people to put it all together...oh wait...that would be Websleuths! LOL. :blowkiss:

I like that some are saying Lee will tell the truth, that he may be the only one who cares about Caylee. I hope that is true. I did think that Lee was on Caylee's side for a while when he stopped talking to the media and faded into the background but when he showed up for the "cruise" and how Cindy speaks so highly of his girlfriend(although that may be just to get digs in at Casey)I have to wonder where his loyalties lie. Again, I really really hope he tells the truth. It was Lee that got upset that his mother was sending people into the "woods" to look for Caylee. He was upset because he thought they should be looking for a live Caylee. Oh, I hope that can somehow be brought into the questioning...but probably not for this hearing, yes? I hope it can be brought up during the trial as I think it shows that Cindy knew Caylee was gone(if not during the 911 call)then right after.

That's why I want to find that interview. If anyone knows what I'm referring to or where I can find that link: TIA.

I saw video footage of Peterson, Stacy Peterson's husband(sorry I forget his first name)and as the press was following him with their cameras he had a hand held one of his own pointed back at them. I think these examples need to go into the "sociopath speech and behavior" thread! Why do they feel the need to video tape what is being video taped already? Do they feel their video tape will show their reality? Oh my!

If he's still residing with Cindy, she'll dictate what he will do. Given that, my guess is she'll make him show up, but it will be for her own selfishness, not for Lee.

I'm not convinced either George nor Cindy cared very much for Lee, at least it didn't seem like it based on her own description of his childhood years.

"Beautiful" probably got most of the attention. If she wasn't getting it I'm sure she thought of ways to get mom and dad's attention. "Beautiful"...that is such a joke. I guess as long as her and daddy think so it's alright. :sick:

Later in that same video Cindy states that they have lost "precious months" searching for a "live Caylee"(direct quote). Freudian slips! I guess so! I agree with those who are trained in statement analysis who say when people(already)speak of a missing person in the past tense: i.e. "she was..." are telling us they know the person is no longer with us. And, that being true, Cindy's "slips" are that much more telling.

IMHO, if you really thought Caylee was alive there could be no way she could make statements such as these. I have wanted and still want for Cindy, George and Casey to be made to answer questions. To be made to tell the truth, but the problem with that is these people have their own truth that I think has nothing to do with normal people's reality. I just really can't wait to see Cindy on the stand. If it weren't for thinking about Caylee I might be downright giddy...check that...thinking about Caylee does make me downright giddy about that! To me, the trial, the hearings are days for Caylee. (To clarify my messed up statement)

I remember that. After all this time, when we post and repost and illuminate CA's "mistruths" and asides, I wonder how she can stand to continue to read what people think of her. I understand that she thinks she is smarter and more enlightened than the rest of us, but how can she stand not to be able to influence and change how the public (we WS'ers) sees the truth...the unCindyfied truth? Really. I would have to wear a bag over my head to court if I were in her shoes.

From what I can tell after months and months of studying this case, Ca has no idea what happened or what is going on. I am sure that is what we will see in court. A confused person who tries to look informed. IMO If she just answers the questions and does not volunteer her opinion, then lets the tears flow, it will be best for Kc. IMO
