How exactly, I wonder, do these things happen? How, one wonders, while strolling the Clearance Aisle in Walmart at 3:00 in the afternoon does the overwhelming urge to have sex with an inanimate object become strong enough to grab it and flee with it to the bed linen department in order to defile it?

Is it some drug that causes this? Something in the water? What is it that causes an innocent looking 19 year old to become a stuffed animal defiler?

And - is there any type of permanent registration required of those who commit this type of heinous crime?required

Florida Man strikes again.

We had a guy they nicknamed Sweet Pea at our WM.. He would go to ladies lingerie dept and do this. Regularly. He liked to do it when the ladies working in that dept. knew what he was doing. He laughed while he was doing it.

What's so scarey is in the horse/agricultural world, these
guys who use real live animals are merely given a light slap
on the hands. Horses are considered "livestock" and as such
not given the same seriousness of crimes against household
pets, etc.
And once they've used live animals, there's no going back.
They usually do it again and again as arrest records show.
