In either event, Michael Tracey has his tit caught in the wringer, and I for one am not going to help him get it out. He flashed on purpose that part of the DNA report that showed the Ramseys were excluded as the contributors of the DNA in JonBenet's panties, so now he has to flash to the public that part of the report that shows Doug Stine has been excluded.

Glen and Susan Stine's bizarre behaviors following the murder of JonBenet sent up a red flag in regard to Doug. The Stine's behaviors coupled with the Ramsey's behaviors suggest a conspiracy to shield the two boys.

Unless Tracey or someone else reveals the rest of the DNA report showing that Doug Stine has been excluded, then Doug Stine becomes the prime suspect as the fifth person in the house that night and the contributor of the DNA in JonBenet's panties -- and therefore the likely killer.

It's in DOI, but I can't come up with the page number off-hand. As I recall, Patsy described a police officer coming to the door at the Stine's house and swabbing Doug's mouth for DNA.

Okay, here it is. Doug Stine's DNA sample was obtained by the cops. Death of Innocence, hb, pg 232:

"Our concern deepened when we saw what happened when the police showed up at the Stines' home. Once the detective had taken a swab sample from Doug Stine's mouth, the officer discovered that he had forgotten to bring any sort of container for carrying the sample back with him to the police department."

(A little bit of misinformation thrown in there by Susan Stine -- the detective didn't forget anything. DNA swabs are to be hand-held and air-dried before putting them into their containers.)

I wouldn't be surprised. It was likely Doug Stine. Hunter made his statement shortly after I wrote to the governor stating that, IMO, there were two juveniles involved in this crime and there was a good chance that Burke Ramsey is the sole witness to the murder of JonBenet, and therefore his life could be in danger.

In that Doug Stine's DNA, at least from what we know to date, apparently cannot be excluded as contributing to the foreign male DNA in JonBenet's panties, I'm convinced more than ever that Hunter was referring to Doug Stine.

The Ramseys were out of bed long before 5:30 A.M., the time they say they got up. There's no way they could have gotten to the airport by 6:30 if they didn't plan to get up until 5:30. It's just unrealistic.

The alarm was likely set for around 4:30. However, IMO the crime got them out of bed even sooner -- probably around 3:00 A.M. -- and that's when the Ramseys searched the house and found JonBenet in the basement. They would have called the Stines shortly thereafter and, after discussing it with the Stines, they likely called Mike Bynum. Bynum set things in motion -- and the coverup reached all the way from Alex Hunter's office to Roy Romer's office in the governor's mansion.

Mervin Pugh's name is spelled correctly. It is an H at the end and not an E. Elsewhere, posters are wasting bandwidth discussing what they think is an error but if they care to look at the name WHITE, they can compare the E and the H and see that PUGH is spelt correctly.

Lin Wood has said or suggested that it is saliva. I am thinking that in the Dancewest case, the victim was assaulted orally and digitally. I don't know why I think that. I'll check for a source.
