What rules did she violate?Melissa R violated the rules. It's the right objection.
Yes, we all created multiple fake accounts so we can cast multiple guilty votes. You got us!
Did we ever see him 'crying' about the missing family in early interviews? I never did. I did see him calling Summer crude names though, while he was supposedly worried for them.Another confirmation bias. He's guilty, therefore his tears were for himself.
It's interesting you would say that because the jury maintained eye contact with her at all times and hung on her every word.
Yes it’s crazy that each state can have their own rules as well. I like the UK system better and it’s much easier to understand and doesn’t chop and change. It also must be a lot easier for lawyers and so forth that they don’t have to keep track of what’s happening in different states. Just a set bunch of rules for everybody.
IMO
Believe me, you would have. lolI suspect in comparison to the Defense style maybe the jury loved the Prosecution's style.![]()
I wish I had gotten to see the Defense closing because it would have given me a better perspective. Hearing just the prosecution side today for the first time, I realize I was only getting impressions from the Prosecution side and I had nothing to compare it to.
Had I heard the defense closing yesterday, maybe I would have loved her style today.![]()
Did he cry today when MR posted the family photo?Did we ever see him 'crying' about the missing family in early interviews? I never did. I did see him calling Summer crude names though, while he was supposedly worried for them.
The EDL is an add on to a regular drivers license that requires the same documents as a passport or an actual passport to acquire. It isn't just some ordinary license. It was NOT available in California in 2010. Only issued starting a few months ago. From the link you posted.
- Enhanced Driver's License (EDL): EDLs indicate both citizenship and identity. Valid for entry into Canada by land or sea, though not valid for international air travel. As of January 2009, only available in Washington and New York states, but coming to Vermont. See individual state licensing departments for more info.
Do you seriously believe that everyone who reads here also posts regularly?Wonder what are the user names of those "people". Do they all have the initials V.P.N.?![]()

Only a small percentage posts in each thread, compared to how many look in and read.
Did he cry today when MR posted the family photo?
My original post contains a link explaining the criteria. My opinion about MR stands and I'm done with arguing the issue.I already saw it and edited my post and gleefully await your response.
As a matter of fact, yes I did. And?So you saw the jurors' eyes?![]()
What's your point? California still hasn't got their act together in issuing the EDL. They issue them and say oops, it still isn't correct. From the link you posted.

It’s Now been uttered so much that it’s now lost all meaning anyway.
If not it's because some WS posts say his tears were for himself.Did he cry today when MR posted the family photo?
If you Google the term it will give many examples that should help you understand.I never heard that term before in a trial
What is a confirmation bias?

Yesterday he cried, it's "his tears are for himself". Today he didn't cry, it's "considering he loathed 98% of the family it's no wonder he didn't cry".
This summarizes the whole Biased attitude of the majority around here about the case.
